did you use something to wrap em up?

I've travelled a bit before bringing a monitor.
My suitcase is fairly big and even though my 30" doesn't fit my 27" does fit. I wrapped it in clothes...
But since I could borrow a monitor here I decided to do that because it is pretty easy to go over the weight-restrictions bringing a monitor in your suitcase :)

I for one did bring my monitor :) I had a suitcase made out of hard plastic, and then wrapped it up in bubble plastic (though Im guessing clothes should be fine aswell, the bubble plastic was cheap so I went with that).

edit: Posted this in my other blog and just crossposted it here :)

We decided to take a short trip to another Island and went to Dumaguete. It was a 5h busride and then on a Ferry to get there (which cost €4 per person) and got a decent hotel.

It was nice to go somewhere since it felt like we were just always staying at the house here (which I really like to do) and on the first day in Dumaguete we went to Apu-Island to go snorkling and we found some sea-turtles and also managed to touch them... however if I knew what their mouth looked like on the inside I might've not done it..

Some pictures of the snorkling trip (no pictures of snorkling because we didn't buy an underwater camera):

At night there was a Festival where they had some very nice fireworks (way better then you would expect from such a small place) and we decided to fire up some lanterns ourselves:

The next day we decided to go to some waterfalls and hotsprings. It was a really nice trip on some motorbikes:

All in all it was a really nice trip! There are some plans to go to Palawan somewhere this month, but not sure when exactly we will go yet. However I'm really happy with the girl I've found here and not really sure what that will do to my plans... I guess we'll see what happens this month and then I'll make some decisions... Still going to Italy in August and September but after that everything is kindof unclear for now!

Robin out.

I think hard suitcase would transfer more shock to the items inside.
the regulars ones should absorb it, then the clothes absorbs more and finally bubble wrap then monitor it self.
unless iam horribly wrong about everything lol
Hope you run better next month :(
At least you got r/b!

June was a good month but as always I struggle to put in consistent volume. At least being in the philippines I have a good excuse ;)

Since we were in Dumaguete at the start of this month, and I came down with a cold when we got back, I havent played yet in July. Planning on getting in some peak-time hours this weekend and hopefully I can get on the grind already tomorrow since I'm already feeling a bit better today. This philippino medicine is some strong stuff! not sure I wanna know whats in it :f_biggrin:

Now this looks rly retarded... but it seems like the only way to play the hand :f_ugly:

$0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem
10 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($32.38) 32bb
UTG+1 ($111.65) 112bb
UTG+2 ($100) 100bb
MP1 ($104.65) 105bb
MP2 ($102.15) 102bb
MP3 ($50.88) 51bb
CO ($169.33) 169bb
BTN ($63.51) 64bb
SB ($24.58) 25bb
Hero (BB) ($127.83) 128bb

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 10 players) Hero is BB Q♥ Q♣
5 folds, MP3 raises to $2.62, 3 folds, Hero calls $1.62

Flop: 4♠ 2♠ J♣ ($5.74, 2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $2.87, Hero folds

Final Pot: $8.61

MP3 wins $8.33 (net +$2.84)

Hero lost $2.62

At first I was like weee QQ in LP vs a 40/x fish!!!! But when I take a closer look at his stats, I see that he's 40/1 over a 1,2k sample, with 0% ATS with CO % BU each being 1% PFR (fwiw KK+=0,9%). I guess you can argue the sample is too small? but come on, no stealattempt at all in 1,2k hands? (as im typing this, handcount is up to 1,3k and still 0 )

setmine and c/f ftw :f_p:
