but i started with just sticking to the chart 100%, and I'm improving as a beginner should. I totally underestimated how far you can improve this strategy, and I'm currently watching a live sessionreview by Xylere, and it's very interesting. I think you think ss-ing is just mechanical brainless play, and yes, it is, but before you reach the point where you play optimally, you'll have learned a lot. I think I even learn things i can use for sng's, so it's even good time spend for an experienced player.

Someone who has far more experience than a fresh-out-of-the-boat fishie, will succeed way more based on his past experience from the higher limits. That person's ability to be able to read his apponents and to judge certain situations surpasses the fish.

I can assure you, I sticked to the basic articles 100% when I started, and I adjusted because I posted hands, asked coaches about stuff, etc. I picked up a lot of new strats, like raising ATC bb into completing sb, and some restealing stuff, and that's what I implemented.
Anyway... drumroll...rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I MADE IT!
25BI's up within 5 days, and ready for nl50. I have to go to xarry's coaching this week, cause otherwise I will have to play nl100 next week, while I only attended 1 beginners nl25 coaching. That isn't wise, so I need the coaching. I will try and destroy nl50 within 1 week, and go up and up as far as I can.
Thanks for reading, and I'll keep posting, but now on nl50 adventures. I will move down if I lose 5 buy ins btw.

No, I raise 3bb+1 per limper from BU, 3.5bb+1 per limper from CO, and 5bb+1 per limper from the blind positions. These raisesizes are totally regardless of what hand I'm holding. The extra bb from the blinds, is to make sure I can push any flop without overbetting.
My graph was like yours , at nl25 in one week (about 8000 hands ) i made about 150$ , it was an upswing for sure ( about 7bb/100h) ... but suddenly i had i monstrous downsing .... i can only say that i lost 20 stakes in few hands.... ppl ccalling me with garbage was able to beat my kk , AA , Ak ♦ the funnier hand was a guy that from utg bet 4bb , me all in from big blind with kk , and he pushes showing 53s O_o ... flop k33 , turn 3 , river irrelevant ... i lost three times in a row with kk 
Ok , it's variane , but it ould have been more gentle ... ♦
So i decided to play Fl for a few , and now i'm going to try again sss...
However in my opinion sss is a winning strategy , in that big downsing i lost all coinflips and i lost also a lot of hands where i was in big advantage, but in most cases those plays from ur opponents are like free moneys ...
very interesting blog and keep playing sss.Plz write when you do some advanced adjustments to basic sss and how they work for you in certain limits.

There we go... I move up in limits, and as soon as I do so, I start running bad as hell again. I've been running cold too. Got about 2/3 of the amount of big hands I should've got. Anyway, start with another pic:

Yup, downswingaments happen, especially to me. Well, good thing this is sss, I don't even notice the lost money. But... since I got a downswing, I did the first thing people should do when they hit a downswing. Make a vid! Plz watch it! I went to A LOT of trouble to make it. First, I failed once because my computer completely stopped working, then I ran out of discspace on the second try, and then it finally worked. But... I tried converting to flash, so I could post streaming video, but lol, my computer is to lazy to do that. It converted for ~2 hours, after which it shut down, because it was running low on virtual memory (wth that might mean). Computertilts are so much worse to deal with then pokertilts. Arrrg, can't wait till everything is applecompatible and I can get some quality to work with.
Anyway, plz comment on the vid for me, you can do that in this thread, and ill play nl25 for a couple more days, just because brb is for glory, not just for moniez.

I also experienced the same thing as you when i moved up to NL25.

And those projects take long time too. It took Chris Ferguson 9 months to climb from $0 to steady $6.5 sick...
