15 turbo QTs vs solid reg

Not a coach, though, Imo you could think about check behind on the turn since his c/c flop in 3b pot looks very suspicious to me and assuming he is reg imo his range will contain overpairs/ set of 9s so i would just take the free card and bet/fold QT rivers and bet/call spades obv. Hope I am not so out of line here .

I have only little HU experience, but I don't think he is planning to check-fold this flop after 3betting preflop. Your range will miss this flop often. So I would tend to check behind flop. There is obv reason for bet to build up pot in case we hit flush, but if we don't expect fold equity it don't make much sense imo and nasty if he go for check-raise.

I think you played the hand perfectly, his c/c range will be full of A high type stuff imo which you can fold out by tripple barreling that board.

Flop is absolutely fine, but we rep very little on the turn, I doubt he folds anything, including A hi on the turn. I think it's perfectly reasonable for him to show up with A hi with this line (although I don't think thats the best line with an A hi type hand!).

Don´t you think he is folding Ax like 100% of the time when hero tripple barrels here ? Seems like a dream spot for me. We´re not trying to make villain fold a strong hand, just simply A high.

Also, when we check behind on the turn and miss on the river, we lose our fold equity in the hand so we have to give up and just playing to hit.

I absolutely don't think he is folding Ax 100% of the time to a triple barrel, partly because I think we are rarely getting the opportunity to triple barrel once we bet big on the turn. Most people decide to shove or fold their hand on the turn when they are forced to invest such a large portion of their stack with a hand that is potentially good but vulnerable.

If villain has AT+ here (which is basically what we're assuming when we think he check/calls Ax on the flop), then why would he fold on the turn that is the absolute best card for his range outside of cards that directly improve his hand? At this point, we really need to think about how well we rep. We have flush draws and potentially total air in our range, as well as a 9 (of which there aren't a ton of combos of since we shouldn't have a lot of 9x in our flatting range). Ax is a favorite vs that range. This is why it's so tough to rep better than Ax.

So yes, we lose any potential fold equity in the hand and are now playing just to hit our hand. But I would argue we have very little fold equity on this particular turn and playing to hit our hand on the river is better than bet/folding the turn.
