Hmm tricky. This is why i hate playing OOP... maybe I'm too much of a nit but I prefer calling in the SB with a lil bit of a disguised hand if i don't have a solid grip on how the guy plays.

Don't trust me but this is how I'd played it.
Call preflop.
Maybe slowdown on turn depending on opponent.
Definetly call river. No flushes hit so it can be a bluff. Oppenent should had raised turn with a straight to protect against flushes.

Sometimes i c/c turn and evaluate on the river.....because if he ship on the turn you have to fold!

Preflop: Really bad, I would never min reraise from the small blind, irrespective of my hand. It certainly doesn't look like you have aces.
The turn bet was the worst for me though, you have a blocker to the nut flush and the straight draw hits. I would expect villain to have a straight draw of some sort as I can't see him calling with a weak flush draw unless he has at least either a straight draw or an ace to go with it.

I would bet flop, check/call the turn with the intention of bluffing hearts on the river.
