Ok so Its about 10mins into the $2.20 Hotter $8k gtd Turbo
As you know in micro mtts more than half of the opponents are fish!
So is this just standard to reship, or should I be scared of the 2nd flat on the flop??
I dont think Im folding to the 1st donk but when then 2nd guy flats virtually half his stack should i just muck?

First thing I would do in this spot is to check if the caller is somebody multi tabling, if he is I am gonna sigh and fold it since I just don't see how I could be good here. If the guy is only playing that tournament I am way more inclined to make the shove with no more information on the guy.

I would fold the flop. Your opponent bets nearly potsize and the second opponent calls this bet. I don't think that they are weak in this spot. Even against a nutflushdraw you won't perform great. The action makes a set very likely. Therefore a fold is the best play.
