Is it ok to get it in on the flop with this hand or was it better to see a free card? looked like i had only 39% equity on the flop.

Looks fine, nothing else you can do when you get checkraised. Folding would be too weak. Villain has to have a set or a straight 100% of the time for you to be able to fold correctly. :f_biggrin:
