I decided to call the donk bet on the river cause if he had flush, I don´t think that loose player like this will just overbet shove. I mostly thought about top pair, second pair or drawy hand. Question is, am I right in the long run or would you interpret his shove the same?

I might consider a call with the possibility of a redraw if they have the flush already, but here it is best to fold because when you are beat, you're crushed, and you will be beat more often than you will be semi-bluff shoved like this.
