Made a pathetic $500 all month, BUT...you could say it was $2000 after Stars announce we'll be getting our FTP $ back within 90 days. Kinda wish I had moe in there now lol. Am very interested to know how the site will be run now, FTP that is. Will it be exactly the same SnG's that it used to run? how many people will be playing the very 1st day? Will the old numbers return over time? Quite an exciting prospect.

Life is tough right now. Not only because of never getting any wages, but also my back problems. I've been trying my utmost to get rid of this sciatica problem I developed at the very beginning of the year. As if my motivation to grind hasn't always been terrible enough, the discomfort this has caused through prolonged sitting/laying certainly hasn't helped that drive. But if that wasn't bad enough, a week ago I trapped a nerve between my shoulder blades. FML!!!! I awoke one morning, stretched and it just went "CRUNCH!" Since then it has gotten worse every day, not better like these things usually do. Ironically the usual sciatica has fucked clean off as this SUPER pain has taken over the show completely. I have an appt with a chiropractor for tomorrow.
On top of all that bullshit, I have just over 1 week to desperately try and make some money before I have my daughter for up to a possible 3 weeks (during which I won't be able to play much), followed immediately by forking out £3 grand for rent due where I live. 1 week to run better. Just isn't going to happen. So come xmas I could be in one of those refuge shelters getting my dinner from donations to the poor.
Sounds like it's all piling up at the moment. Hopefully won't be long till you get hold of your FTP bankroll.
I have had sciatica problems since been a kid, a few lower back exercise daily or every other day should do the trick (it has helped me a lot and I don't have any more issue)
you can do them at home easily without any need of equipment. Let me know if you want any info on those

Thanks, yeh I've been getting it pretty much sorted with some core exercises but now this sudden trapped nerve has effed me up big.
yes, don't do exercise when in pain.
But keep doing it when fine and it should help against the nerve getting trapped
Well the 1st of August has been the 3rd biggest day of my career, +$1500. Biggest days are $1755 and $1748 or something.
I finally managed to get HU in a $35/180 at the 44th attempt of asking (finished 2nd) which makes a 28% ROI, so I'm glad I didn't play enough so that an eventual win would mean still at a total loss.
2nd pays $1156, the rest came as:

As I type this I just got 3rd in a $15/180 to take some of the sting off.
Already battling the mental aspect of the game this month in trying to grind more. Yesterday was the most hours played in a day for all of 2012, 7.6hrs lol. It started out great with a $600 win in just 12 games of 9m with one $60/18 thrown in which I won. I only regged the $60 because I noticed it was very fish infested so wanted to take advantage. Usually this just results in getting it in with 80% vs some idiot and losing but FOR ONCE that didn't happen.
I later played a $60 9m also because of the notable fish regging. This is the result of keeping your eye on the lobby.

I totally crushed this game and at 3 handed had 8k in chips vs the other two evenish...AND FINISHED 3RD!!!!!!! Nothing more frustrating than when that happens.

My note system is pretty basic. Yellow tag with no words in the note just means I have over 150 or so hands and must mean they're reggy, I just haven't noted anything yet. That's for lobby benefits. I leave the tag yellow when I make a note on them but still unsure how good bad they are. I switch them to blue when I find it out they're just average and are crap with ICM (mostly the reason they are just average). Green means terrible, some regs I have as green. Red is obv good. Purple is THE BEST (I have 2 people coloured purple in the entire SnG world lol), dark blue is basically just an odd colour tag I use to notice a friend or someone I had the most weird few hands vs so that I see them easily to remember to carry on the weirdness against. Overall...PRETTY WEIRD HAHAHAHA.
