Hi guys,

Once again, thank you all for posting your questions. It helps us and Lee to see things from a different point of view.

As you all know the circumstances very well and must understand that Lee and his team is pretty much preoccupied with implementation matters for the upcoming 2 months, we won't be able to comment or give you a prompt reply because just yet.

For now we are asking everyone to be patient and look forward to another informative FAQ coming from Lee and his team.

As I suggested earlier, please feel free to contact customer support and they will be happy to help you (if they can and have access to your data).

Please contact me anytime if you need further help.

Hi folks -
I just want to thank Ingrid for stepping in here and thank you all for your patience. We are at a stage where there are as many questions as answers. We've answered the questions we could and (this is important) said "We don't know" to questions we can't answer yet.

Many of your seemingly simple questions, I can't answer. Specifically, I can't personally answer a question without speaking to colleagues, executives, and/or our legal people. That's because we take our word seriously - we don't want to say something and then come back and say "Oh, we changed our mind."

It's far more important that we get you answers that are right than we get you answers quickly.

Please bear with us as we work this all out. I will check in whenever I have something new to offer. And don't hesitate to keep questions coming up - it's one of the ways that we determine what answers we need to get.

Again, thanks for your patience and understanding - we appreciate it more than we can say.

Best regards,
Lee Jones

This is exactly what we need, this do be done right. Waiting this long only to rush it now would be a big mistake.

Hi,
I've ordered an Item of the FT Store. I never received anything.

The product is now more than 5 years on the market and almost nothing worth.

Should I cancell the order and take the risc that my FTPoints wont have the same value anymore?

Which is the bigger risc?

did PS send 1st payment to DOJ? (225m$) and can we be sure 100% it's really happening and we ll se our money? ROW .
Thank you for this huge deal.

update today : so it's no problem. :)

PocketFives can confirm that PokerStars has paid the $225 million due to the DOJ for its purchase of Full Tilt Poker. This is from an e-mail PocketFives just received from Full Tilt's legal team:

"The asset transfer to PokerStars was consummated immediately following the United States government’s receipt of PokerStars’ first payment of $225 million due under PokerStars’ settlement agreement with the US DOJ, which payment was confirmed this morning, August 9, 2012."

How do we apply for a re-check of the ban? IS there an e-mail address or a phone number I can call?

I loved the Full Tilt website, my favorite poker site but I got banned too. I tried to e-mail them when it happened. But I wasnt offered any explanation. No matter what I said. I hope the new administration can check into the situation hopefully.

Cheers.

@It seems harsh that a player banned from one of the sites will be near-automatically banned from the other - I imagine there must be many players in the situation of having acted stupidly in the past on one site, perhaps even cheated, but learned their lesson and then acted responsibly on the other. People can learn from their mistakes, and I think extending a ban across both of what will soon be the only two major poker rooms is unjustifiably punitive.

And no, I haven't personally been banned from either site. Exactly this is the problem. As I said I acted stupidly when I just turned 18 on stars, but have learned from my mistakes.

Exactly this is the problem. As I said I acted stupidly when I just turned 18 on stars, but have learned from my mistakes. It would be very harsh if I was banned from fulltilt:(

It seems that lots of players have the same problem...We all did mistakes and acted silly (or not but still got banned for different kind of reasons) but we all learned and of course we didn't do anything wrong at one of those two sites...still got punished to the one we should!

I hope they consider this fact and try to find a fair solution but most important don't act fast and reckless...just because you are the biggest site with all the money and power!

I have the same... Im banned on Full Tilt (i think its gonna be 2 years ago) because 1 Dollar sng ! that we are trolling with friend just for fun ! i was a winning player and im tried to offer explenation but they told me to go fu*k myself ... i was so angry... i know it was my fault but man... 1 dollar sng wtf ?? anyway... since November 2011 im playing on Stars full time and im trying to make it to SuperNova this year... i never do anything bad on PokerStars... and im really carefully since that incident from FT... so im asking if i should cashout my BankRoll spend FPP´s and go Grind on some little site ? _cry:

Hey before FTP went down, I withdrew money ($200) so my BR was down to $0 but never received the money at moneybookers. Will I be able to play with $200 or is it impossible to track that?

Hi guys,

As mentioned above I would suggest sending individual case questions to Full Tilt Poker Support. I'm not aware if they have all the information regarding player accounts just yet but there is no harm in asking :)

Kind regards,
Gary

I self- excluded my Starsaccount a while ago, because i wanted to concentrate on other things than poker and wait for the FTP relaunch. At this point i didn't knew that the self exclusion will have an effect on my FullTilt - Account. Do I have to wait the whole Exclusionperiod to play on FullTilt again? If yes, can I do something to change that?

Dear LeeJonesPokerStars,

I been a Poker player for about 6 years. I'm a Professional Stud Player. Currently I'm a 5 star Stud player under Pokerstar. About to 2 years ago I also played Stud under FTP for about 3 months. I won about $4,000 dollars under the account named (Leotiger608). FTP frozed my account and didn't give me a good reason for it. I sent in my ID information and my mailing address to prove everything they required me to prove. They didn't give me any reason or replied to any of my emails. Since now Pokerstar purchased FTP can you please take a look at my account and let me know what actually happened.

Thanks so much. I been a loyal player under Pokerstars for many years and understand Pokerstars values their players. So pleae take a look and get back to me.

Since it is one company now I am curious if they still have a policy of them playing exclusively on pokerstars?

Hey Lee

Any plans to steal some stuff from FTP for PokerStars (or vice-versa)? I'm thinking specifically of Rush (Zoom) MTTs.

in this news post;

http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/world-of-poker/Daily-Rewind:-Blom-Departs-PokerStars,-FTP-Answers,-Jones-Marries,-WSOP-Coverage_62734/

it says;

"10. Do we get rakeback for the week before the shutdown?
- Yes, players who were due rakeback during that last week of June will still get it. "

following from that, we were due iron man half year bonus the day after FTP was shut down is that going to be honoured aswell?
