KTs in BB

there is a player with smaller chip stack..

I fold, unless he has been very loose and aggressive at these blinds then you are often going to be behind his shoving range here.

Talking about your hand:
Is this a final table?
If it is a final table I would suggest the fold for ICM reasons. If there is no bubble involved you can find a call against loose opponents. If your opponent pushed a lot you get enough equity against his range very likely. If he was tighter up to this point you should fold since you won't have enough equity most of the times.

A tight opponent might push something like this:
MP2 37.30% 36.66% 0.65% KhTh
MP3 62.70% 62.05% 0.65% 66+, A9s+, KJs+, QJs, AJo+, KQo

If he plays loose his range could be like this:
MP2 46.67% 44.28% 2.39% KhTh
MP3 53.33% 50.94% 2.39% 22+, A2s+, K7s+, Q8s+, J9s+, T9s, 98s, ATo+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo

Since you only need 40% Equity for a break even call ((chips to call/total pot you could win)*100) you would have a good call here (assuming that this is no bubble situation).

I don't think that your opponent will be that loose very often - especially not if this is a final table. Therefore I would recommend a fold.

OK, if Villain is the biggest nit in the universe you can fold here, but nobody will push only 10% UTG 10bb deep.

Based on which survey?

If it is a final table the tight range is pretty accurate for low BI tournaments!

OK, if it's a final table we have to fold (because of ICM, not because he will be tight), but in a normal MTT, the call is 100% standard.

If he shoves at least ~15%, we have a +EV call with KTs and i believe he will shove way more than 15%.

But imo there is still a possibility to fold if your opponent is a tight player - even if it is no FT.
