I thought it would be interesting and also fun to talk about by having a promotion where the unluckiest or 'most bad beats' player wins.
For example, whoever has the most 'rocket buster' or 'set over set' (or both) per numbe rof hands (or per rake, or per each member level or whatever).
That way you may have been the unluckiest player on the tables, but you still win with sidekick!
