neither the official link nor any ads specify the clearing rate
and without the clearing rate the deposit bonus has no meaning

So what is the maximum amount for this bonus? It says 20% up to 100$. Does that mean that maximum is 100$ and bonus is 20$ or is it 500$ and bonus is 100$?

Max bonus is $100. So if you deposit $500, you'll get $100 bonus.
If you deposit more, you'll still get $100 bonus.
If you deposit less, you'll get 20% of the deposited amount.
