Be careful not to become afraid of being aggressive. If you do you'll just descend into a game of who coolers who the most. Cbets don't have to succeed very often at all to be profitable, particularly if they have decent equity.
Also, if people are calling a lot of flops, be careful of defending when they raise.

Since moving to unibet, been running bad, and in all fairness playing bad/tilted alot of the time.
Heres my graph for nl10 at unibet:
Obv im leaking loads from non-showdown winnings, but im having a hard time adjusting. On stars there are less fish etc, so usually players fold alot more to cbets/double barrels.
On unibet, there are alot more fish, and so lots of players playing very loose like 40/10,40/0 50/30 those kinda stats. And of course vs these players, my cbets are working anywhere near as much, i feel like i cant steal lightly because im always getting called/when they do call they dont fold vs cbets very often ie calling with bottom pairs etc.
Not sure whats up with my showdown winnings, maybe a sign of a slight downswing as i wud expect them to be MUCH higher vs these types of players, maybe im being unlucky and not being paid off as i wud expect.

Any advice on how to adjust vs these types of players wud be much appreciated altho i have been talking on skype to people quite abit.
I keep telling myself just bet/bet/bet for value, but the fish call with so many draws, i keep losing vs these draws. Also help with stealing wud be appreciated, only thing i can think off is tightening up tbf.

Long time no update, been reading a few other blogs lately, and so decided to post some updated goals soon.

Currently silver status but got some points to go on from 30th september, so may still be upgraded to gold within a day or 2.
Been such a busy month making gold status wud be good, moved out of my house into a house with my mates for this uni year, had freshers week which was fukin amazin and messsssssssssssy.

This term is over at uni, which means im back home for christmas hols, which means alot more poker time! 
Speaking of poker, not quite going how id like atm, determined to turn it round, moved to ftp and im grinding the deposit and dmi bonuses. Decided to give rush a proper go, why i dont know.....
Seems i cant beat rush, small sample, but meeehhhhhhhhhhhh, im playing pretty much ABC, stealing more from the BU/CO, seems i suck lol.
Any advice on playing rush would be much appreciated ♦

Since last update, decided to drop down to nl5 on ftp, which thankfully meant i ran well and won like 11BIs in 8k hands. Then watched a few vids, a freebie from Yourdoom and one from Raskolnikov.
The first vid, probs abit out of my league, analysing nl100 hands, but it still really helped me realise that in every spot i have to be thinking ranges, all the time, ranges, ranges, ranges, something which i wasnt doing. Obv Yourdoom was pretty sick at analysing ranges, which helped me a bit even if some of the analysis went straight over my head 
2nd vid helped alot as i felt i wud be stuck at nl10 forever, then it opened my eyes as to how micro stakes players can move up etc.
So after that i decided to play some nl25 on stars, feeling good, running good and managed to win about 3BI, played some more and im still up around 3BI over 5k hands, obv small sample so far but feeling good.

And it isn't the limit of say nl100 that is the thing, it's learning to Think ( capital) like a nl100.
Try to be selective because as you said yourself, some of the stuff goes over you (and most other people's) head. Use what you think might be appropriate at your limit and leave the rest out, then post the bits you used in hands that you were unsure about. Maybe you thought it was a bit overplayed for the limit and villain types? Etc.
Anyway, have great time over the holiday and at least have fun!

2 Updates within a week what is wrong with me ♦
Kinda been jumping between stars, party and ftp lately.
Got some bonuses on ftp, but the only thing stopping me playing there is this on nl10:
In contrast, this is stars:
Obv small samples on both, and party graph is similar to stars, small sample aswell.
IMO Party is by far the softest, but i have no RB there watsoever, stars i can get like silver star RB, and FTP i get more RB due to bonuses etc.
Going to try watching a few more vids, probs from nl25 limits. Then try to bring round my graph on ftp!! ♦

Thats what happened to me on Unibet.
I think I made a good decision with going to PP. I just couldn't see the Unibet software without tilting. Even though I don't get the 30% rake back, but I play much better on PP.
Just focus on the game! And play on a room you feel good at! And imo Don't think about bonus, RB and shit. Focus on your mindset and game imo.

Played near enough 10k hands on stars now with results im happy with, seem to be playing much better atm:

The hand is really shitty I often see fish doing that w/ a FD. I guess they think they can see the next card cheaper I don't know 
I tend to bluffcatch them once and then take a note. But because the pot is a bit big already bluffcatching sucks then. I really don't know what to do here. Usually I take the aggressive line and get it in, but I spew a lot as well ♦

hmmmm i agree about raising flop but i probably just fold the turn once he donks. we can't get it in and pray he has a worse hand and bluffcatching on such a wet board sucks!
