looking to add a few grinders to build up long term and move up through the 180 and mtt fields. I started playing them myself recently and haven't looked back. IF you have a knack for them the 2.50's are an easy 15$/h out of the gate with alot of potential a great bankroll builder.
Traits that you need at least most of them
#1 the ability or potential to play a shit ton of tables volume is most important especially at the start
Long sessions and endurance
repetition
A good routine (I fail at this)
Tilt control (more then in a cash game 300bi swings are standard cant just sitout)
great at simple simple math
+the usual poker stuff problem solving and solid thought process
If you want to 1-4 table stare at 9000 numbers in a hud and make the hero play all day these are probably not for you.
If you wanna make decent realistic easy money with potential to be a solid tournament player then these are the shit.
Looking to start players at 2.50$'s not really worth anyones time to play lower and they kinda sad easy...
Not set on percentages or contract length yet havent really thought but likely to relate to the risk of the player but im a generous person and if a players improving and crushing im not gonna hold them to the now bad deal they started with and give them a bigger peice of the pie.
Applications should include all poker history and names how often you can play and ill leave the rest to your common sense. add friend pm etc
