Been having issues putting up volumes lately guys.
Shoot some good points why I should continue grinding and putting up the needed volume, one of them should hit me hard enough to make me realize I gotta grind and not stop after 1 hour

Okay how about this! The only ones winning are the poker sites as 90% of the players are losers and after rake and all things cosidered probably only 5% or less are actually ahead of the rake!
If that isn't motivation enough I don't know what is!

How about make some money so you can have a good life and move out of your parents basement.
Nobody else can give you motivation, YOU need to get off your lazy ass and find it. Nobody can do it for you.
You need to get rid of this DEPENDENT mindset and become INDEPENDENT and PROACTIVE.
I can guide you on the way but i can't go the distance instead of you.
One of the best tools to stay motivated is to write a vision statement and review it every day in the morning + in the evening to hold yourself accountable.
If you need someone to kick you in the ass then contact me on skype in a week and we can schedule some private coahings ;).

Best motivation comes from inside. Outside motivation (like this thread, bets etc.) isn't as strong, and it usually fades away in some time.
If you don't have a reason to play, and you don't feel like you want to play, why should you play? Do something you want to do. 
For a short period you might try some drama movies like "Seven Pounds". Always keeps me going.
But what I find trully important is to take some time to think. Give poker a break. Think why you are doing this, what you achieved and what you hope you can achieve. For how long have you been playing? Do you feel that time was well spent? Can you be happy doing everything else?
To be honest if you don't feel happy playing you should really evaluate what poker means to you. If it's just a "job" you might get a real job and see what a real job actually costs. The motivation has to come from you. You might get lucky and someone here could give you a little speech, or post a video like this one:

Try making some small daily goals. That's my only advice

Ask yourself what you are playing for. If it is worth it, then do it, If not, then don't.
put pictures in your room that constantly remind you of why you are playing and what you want to achieve..
