I made a post about the recent update from FTP. I think reading it would help you. :)

No it does not really help. 30% for Top Player is way worse than before. Even if some more would come later on with blackcard (which isn't clear yet).

27% Rakeback
+6,3% 2xBlackcard
+3,3% MidYdar/Endyear
+3,2% IronMan Medals
+~8% Rakerace

:f_cry: :f_cry: :f_cry: bye bye

How is 30% weekly + Black Card replacement with unknown return definitely worse than before. You are comparing complete information with replacement of one part of previous rewards.

Can you read?

30% is the maximum! (UP TO 2.5$/100 pts) Before it was 27% flat for everyone with rakebackdeal, no matter how much he played. And you still think it will not be less cash at the end? Good luck...

And were not even talking about change in rakecalculation - which will hit cashplayers ontop.
Tell me if you wanna bet.

I'm not syaing it's better or worse, I'm saying you are comparing a thing you don't have complete information on to something you have experienced for years. You can barely compare weekly returns because those are what you have some info on.

That 27% wasn't for everyone (the new system is) and had deductions. Until you have all the info about the new system, saying it's better or worse is pure speculation and wastes time. That's what I wanted to point out in my blog post but some prefer whinging non-stop and can't handle any change just like with PokerStars changes at beginning of the year.

Ofc we don't have complete information. You rarely have that. But nevertheless imo we have a good picture of how the system will look like. And at this point in time everything looks like it will be significantly less rakeback for most of the players (except the ones playing without deal - mostly fishes).

So I'm saying: From the information we have it looks like it will be way worse. Ofc it is possible they anounce additional rewards until 6th of November or after, but I don't expect much of that. If youve another oppinion regarding this, ok ;)

Edit: by the way my list posted above was not for an exact comparison, rather for me saying goodbye to these rewards as i don't expect them to return ;)

Max 30% return would mean the death of FTP in short time span imo and I doubt Stars paid out huge money to kill it off.

They didn't say it's possible to add stuff, it's certain they will but they didn't announce exactly how which ofc is a shame because they announced scrapping a popular reward system with something incomplete.

I think the way they announced it was a mistake, just like with Stars' dealt to weighted contributed announcement.

Hehe I think the other way around ;) Would not expect such a bad statement from stars if they were already planing to add a big chunk... We will see. But replying positive to their statement might not help to make them add more .

I wanna keep it simple. I'd be glad if somebody could answer these 2 questions. tyty :)

a) because of b) I assume also no info on that either
b) Q on ps points posted many times - on info on that yet. So it looks like there is no contract (yet) between ps and ftp...

The longer it takes the more i doubt there will be one. But that's just speculation..

I also don't remember my password. I hope you can reset them without all the stupid security questions like what was your first school's dog color teacher, I always made bullshit answers there as everyone who knows me can guess them. Too bad I didn't use LastPass back then.

Also everyone is bitching about the VIP/Rake/IronMan/Points system so it would be cool when FTP reopens and all the details are clear, someone who actually doesn't care just about himself makes a comparison between the old and new system and which players it favors, what is worse or better and so on. Probably an idea for Pokerstrategy.com news article!

idk if you and others can read but playing during happy hours = 60% max

It's pretty likely they'll have a first deposit bonus, right?

If so, definitely withdrawing from Stars and creating a new account to deposit on FullTilt. And if I can get tracked for PokerStrategy too, even better!!!

Its frustrating for us small stakes players that we aren't gonna get anywhere near that 25% RB. But at least I get my money back!

Keeping the existing poker player is also very important.

I think PokerStrategy could work out a deal to make Full Tilt 2 players stay and play on their site.

Since Full Tilt 2 will not have the Poker Academy, we could earn points to get higher status and watch videos on PokerStrategy.

Anyway PokerStrategy should really try to reach Full Tilt 2 management to get a deal for linking our unlinked Full Tilt 1 accounts. That would be a reason not to insta cash out of Full Tilt 2!

since the new rakeback is UP to 2.5$ per xxx points played, it's probably gonna be achievable by the high stakes players, what about micro grinders? 0.5$ per 100 FTP?

btw. so if someone didn't have a linked rakeback account it won't change anything and this person will still get the normal rakeback now? or you still need to have a linked affiliate account?

Yep. You will get rakeback from ftp directly, no matter if you signed up via an affiliate (like pokerstrategy).

At this point in time it is not clear wether you can earn strategypoints by playing on ftp.

Thank you for easy explanation!
I guess it means that I will keep improving my game by self without strategy videos in facebook poker.

Yes, but all about that is only a benefit for high stake players

so, in conclusion, it is a very bad deal for all the peoples that aren't Gus Hunsen imo

Spoiler

obv, u know what I mean with Gus Hunsen (or I hope so) ... btw, it is an analogy!
