Tian is very fishy at FL but the rake is WAY too high on this low limits. Better go to Stars and come back to us (PP) later. ♦

I do admit that the 3 jucy tables are really fishy, but look at the others, tight as hell!
Since when do I look at the stats a pokerroom gives me? ![]()
I played there and found enough bad players (I haven't played that low but normally the higher the tighter is wents.)
Well ok it's FR so I can't judge that but tight doesn't mean good and 2,5 players are fine as well for me. ♦
Why not full tilt? The lowest limit stakes are $0.25/0.50 which means someone who wants to just learn FL on full tilt has to start with 0.25/0.5 which sucks for them because they will go broke soon. Which means someone who starts FL career at full tilt only has to beat one stake to get to 0.50/1, which means they are only as good as PP players at 0.25/0.5....
Just a thought.....

♦ good one ♦
but maybe it´s worthwhile to wait with full tilt until you have 600$ to get the full bonus...
I only need 120 more SP points to get Elephant license and then I'm depositing on stars ![]()
It will probably be something between 275$-300$ (I'll leave some money on PP)
I think this is enough for 0.25/0.5 SH on stars... I'll take it slow anyway
Wow...
I can't cash out from Party, because I didn't make any deposit within 6 months. But this restriction isn't written on any FAQ or other support page.
And I can't deposit to Party, because I have "locked" outgoing transfers at MoneyBookers, until I upload funds from my bank account. Card card transfers are locked too...
Nice...
Have you ever made a deposit on PP? This is necessary on nearly all sites to cashout. This is for security reasons.
Of course I have, but not in last 6 months. And like I said. This rule isn't written anywhere!
This is a really stuipid rule. Contact our support maybe they can help you with that.
I did, they told me this and when I asked if they can show me where is this rule written, I've got no answer...
BTW, am I drunk or why can't I find starting silver SH article?
Our support is not Partypoker. Are you sure that we told you that?
Do you mean this article?
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/fixed-limit/793/2/#h1_2
(It's in the bronze and the link is the ORC.)
Oh lol, not your support, I meant Party support ofc.
Well cashing out from Party doesn't help me anything, because then I can't deposit to Stars or any other site. So not even Strategy support can't help me here.
Nope, this is FR article, I want SH. I guess something is wrong with articles anyway. When I click on http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/fixed-limit/130/ I get some weird error message that no article exist under this link.
Here is the German one...

Don't know why is English gone, tho.
I stuck at the limit .5/1 sh for a while now. Had to downgrade a few times... that was not really healthy for my self-confidence. I think, Pokerstars is a good decision, had good games there so far. To any fixed limit player who needs to rebuild bankroll for a certain limit: give a shot on sit&gos and nl tables. For me, it was really easy to get some extra bankroll push with 5$ sit&gos (6max) and nl10 (6max) (just play tight as hell). It was also a nice experience with the other game variants. In the end, you cannot avoid no limit holdem (if you want to play live, e.g with friends). It helped me a lot to understand some basic concepts better, when compared no limit and fixed limit.
And be sure not to ignore mathematical reasonable play. A long time I played too much tables at once and could not think enough about my decisions. If you start with shorthanded, play 2 tables maximum!!
For .5/1 sh I can say: stick to charts preflop, fold a lot to action and the important thing is: if you have a hand, keep valuebetting (I faced a lot of river raises - most of the time, they are bluffs, bad bluffs)! Try to use stats too. Dont overrate them, but vpip and af give you a good idea about your opponent.
Be aware of one type of players, you will have at least one at your tables: They play like every hand, just limping most of the time (they coldcall even raises and 3bets!). They call every flop and donk/raise every turn. I saw hundreds of them winning like hell, because all the tags fold... Of course, you only play them, if you have something, but toppair is usually enough, and you should let them do their play to the turn, and then you give action and they will give you their stake.
How's it going on stars??
I'm stucked in 0.5/1 SH .... I did the jump from 0.25/0.50 FR cause 0.5/1 FR is IMPOSIBLE, you get like 3 or 4 pstrategy players per table or something like that ... players are agressive as hell and fishes are the least you'll find this limit, but SH is a way too diferent, but still find some good players thou.
I'm planning to move my Bank to stars, FT or Titan as soon i complete my "pick your prize" bonus, what do you think about stars?
