I don't know why and I don't know how but my HEM2 is no longer loading. It just doesn't get past the blue "The art+science of winning poker" startup image/window/screen.
I can wait as long as I can and if I click on the screen it just tells me that HEM2 is no longer responding, a.k.a. it has frozen.
It is very frustrating and I would really hate if I had to wait a long time for a response if I end up having to contact support and start sending log files or something.
Same here also similar post at hm forums. My best guess is that something is wrong with authentication server, as hm homepage seems to be having problems atm.
If anyone's client suddenly starts working, please notify the rest of us here 
it's a sad evening for poker.
Um. It sort of works but I am required to fill in my serial key again. When I do it, I'm informed that for whatever strange reason the registration cannot be completed.
As a result of that I am still not able to play.
Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
I'm having the same problem, it was also having trouble opening the HEM website before.
