Hi I want to cashout from one site and deposit to other. My skrill acount is in LTL (Lithuaniain curency) and poker acount is in USD, so I'll be chared with conversion fee 2x if my Cashout and deposit will be ~2k USD it will cost me ~100$ am I corect? Are there any cheaper way to do it with skrill or I have to find other solutions?

Contact skrill, i think you might be able to close this account open new in USD.
If you are going to do lot of transfers, withdrawals you are better of with account in USD
Your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account is denominated in a currency of your choice, as selected by you from the available currencies. You cannot change the currency of your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account once you have attempted to process a payment.
so can I close this account and open new one in USD? I mailed Skril suport but did not get any answer.
I did this a few years ago after Skrill said it was ok. Just confirm with them first but I think you can close the account and get a $ account

you could also try to become VIP and get a secnod currency account, depending on your transfer volume
