I would definitely fold this hand pre flop. Trips in your hand are really weak.

I think the flop check is fine. I would try to get value from worse flushes with a small bet on the river.

yeh trips is 3 of a kind

Would also fold preflop don't forget you only use 2 of your cards so if we have 3 of the same we are just taking away cards which we can hit on the flop.

Would bet the river looks like you are ahead at this point so try and get some value from the hand

Yes definitely fold preflop, any time you have 3 of the same ranked card in your hand, you have a super weak starting hand.
