can someone please tell me if the stats i am following are the ones indicating poker success or what i should be mainly following with my poker software thanks
Hey elliotmack,
I've moved your thread to what I believe is the relevant forum. Can you confirm you are playing NLHE?
Kind regards,
Gary
yes these are nlhe tourney chips i just wanted to know what i shoukd be looking at jn terms of representing winnjngs
Pretty meaningless, you can lose one hand deep in an $1 mtt and lose 1 million chips or you could lose 300 chips in a $500 super turbo... a graph like that can't really give any value to the chips.
yes i know ive used it just as an example because i have no cash history of value.
allls i want to know is what stats should i be worried about when keeping track
So tournaments and sng's it's probs ROI you can look at and get some idea of how well you are doing relative to the rest of the playerpool in your game/stakes. However, ROI can take many thousands of games to give a true reading. If you play 6 max sngs you can measure how well you do from a much smaller sample than if you just played large mtt's. If your making money and feel that you are beating the players in your game/stakes and are learning new things all the time then I suppose you just worry about your hourly at the end of the day.
