This is probably the worst rivercard possible. You even only split against any other ace. I see two lines here. Either bet and fold if he raises you or check and call to catch a busted gutshot.
As there are only 2 J possible I like check/call more as he might very well call with just and Q or T until the river. He will give up to any bet but might bet if you check so I would go for a check/call.
C/C River doesn't work AT ALL! Villiain will only bet a K or a straight or a Flush there, but we could get value from a J or a PP.
Bet/Fold River, especially on these loose-passive micro-limits.
I also think bet/fold is better. only better hands not many opponents bluff at river. also fold equity adds.
