Firstly, it's not a mandatory call pf vs a 5% range. If he has just AA, KK, AKs, AKo in his value range (2%) and the other 3% are bluffs you are actually still a slight underdog. If he is 3betting 5% purely for value the situation is worse.

But you have position, and decent equity, making the call will be fine, just a little higher variance. If you were to know he was 3betting polarised (and I guess we know this after the fact when he shows with 98s), you can actually discount AJ somewhat from his range. His range would be too narrow for AJ to be a value 3bet and it's unlikely he'd bluff with it.

As for pure bluffs, the board doesn't run out in a way that is conducive to bluffs. It's very unlikely he's just going to take a hand like KQs and 3barrel, unless it was specifically of diamonds. There are no turned straight draws either. The river pairs the board making it a bad card to bluff (he represents less value combos).

So, if his bluff range is very narrow, and usually his entire value range has you beat, it's going to be a river fold in this spot imo. If you know he has a polarised 3betting range you also know he is capable of hitting that 9.

i dont think he is only 3betting 5%
its a very small sample only 2 hands he has been 3betting
his 3bet vs steal is 13% but i dont think i have a big enough sample to say too much.
i think the call preflop is okay

Yes, it's ok. But it's not mandatory at microstakes.

Hello,

Preflop calling the 3bet is fine.
I expect him to have a bigger 3bet% from BB and also we have position.

On the flop calling with TP is the best.

As played on the flop, calling the turn is fine. He could still have some worse Ax, also some draws/bluffs.

On the river I actually tend to fold it here.
I don't really think that people on these stakes tend to triple barrel as a bluff, or will shove here weaker Ax.

Best,
Plamen
