hello
so with this offer for taking the bonus you take it with 20 points for every dollar bonus
but you must rake 1 dollar to take 5 points so you must rake 4 dollars to take 20 points and 1 dollar bonus
conclusion you rake 4 dollars and take 1 back so it is 25% raceback

No, you are wrong. You are getting ~20 points for 1 dollar rake. So you have to rake ~20 dollars to get 20 dollars. It's ~100% rake back! :f_biggrin:

hello
at rules of the bonus it says
you can withdraw the bonus under the condition that you must earn 20 points for every dollar bonus withdrawn
and how you win points?
poker 770 says
You will earn 5 StrategyPoints for every $1 of rake you generate
so there is nothing that you tell that you take 20 points for 1 dollar rake
ONE MUST GENERATE 20 POINTS TO TAKE 1 DOLLAR

The cash bonus can only be withdrawn on the condition that you earn 20 Points770(not StrategyPoints) per $1 of Cash Machine bonus

playing NL10 you get more than 100% rake back!

It doesn't look like you can on here no. I guess you can contact support again and link them to their terms and conditions and see what they have to say then :)

Let us know what happens next please
