This particular guy, I would put on a strong, but not monster hand. That means anything from AT-AK and mid pairs. That includes JJ too and maaaaybe QQ if had a tough life recently with it.
Unknowns are unknown, so it's harded to predict 
Usually, the same assumption, ALTHOUGH, you would see guys doing this with A7o, KQ together with AA-KK. Main thing to remember is that we have no FE, we are facing the chip leader(not our direct opponent) on the bubble and we should only play a very strong range.

If i remember right then i have seen him r/f so big. But AJs is close here IMO or no?
Nah, I doubt he folds when the raise is >1/3 of our stack. I would ignore FE. I think AJs would be a bit weak tbh considering his PFR. Maybe AQ.
