Hello, in 4days I have earned more then 350vpp but I have not received any StrategyPoints in that period.. What is the problem?

Hey TomasAbr,
Have you received StrategyPoints at PokerStars before or have you just made an account there?
I've received StrategyPoints for my account all the way up to Sunday. Strange that you haven't if you've had them before.

Hey Michelle.
Last year i had diamond status on pokerstrategy. As i remember i cleared in october, november, i realy dont know for december. But from december on, there is no strategy points for me. I play a lot on pokerstars and my account is tracked so i dont know where is problem. From december till toady..i play a lot..and my status o strategy dont update and no strategy points.
Can you look forward an tell me wehe is the problem.

Can you first send a brief email to PokerStars support asking them if your account is still affiliated with PokerStrategy.com
They should answer you within the hour and we will go from there.

i have had the exact same problem.
emailed pokerstars but havent heard back yet. ill post here when they do.

Thank you for contacting PokerStars.
One of the reasons you are not receiving points may be that the 'Information Sharing' option in your PokerStars account is disabled.
In order to enable this option, you will need to log into the PokerStars account and from the main lobby, select the following menu items:
'Requests' → 'Information Sharing'
If you have already agreed to information sharing and still have not received StrategyPoints, please make sure you have provided PokerStrategy with your PokerStars User ID, a valid photo ID, and fully updated your PokerStrategy account details.
Once this has been taken care of, you will start to receive StrategyPoints within the next couple of days.
i assume thats it since i hadnt agreed to it yet.
