It will be a theory session, with live game in the background that I will pause/play (zoom) works well )
sounds very nice, but I dont think I will be able to watch the whole thing, I would really appreciate if you could make it possible to watch the whole coaching-session later on
Hey Pleno ssup
ur coaching thread with ingrid is over? It would be nice learning if u both continue some cool lessons over there
few questions:-
1-How to play ako aqo OOP and when in position if he hit Top pair can we fold if we get reraise/shove on the flop
2-In cbetting scenarios when I cbet mostly on a dry board I get called and when i check back turn they shove or reraise Its like they always know we are gonna cbet flop and check it back later
3-If we play abc poker at micro limits will it be more profitable or we need to play more ranges
4-when to bluff and what indicates a guy may be bluffing ?
5-whats ur lifetime poker earnings in total(approx)?
and do you play big tournaments online like sunday million etc?

Hey there, nice coaching today, really liked it.
So from todays stream I understoon this :
Range, Ranges, Alot of ranges, if I understood correctly, to be profitable nowadays and move up the stakes u should have alot of diffrent ranges against diffrent opponents and in diffrent positions and situations, thats alot of ranges.
So how do we figure out these ranges in these spots that we are in ? and figure out that they are proffitable ? I mean if I have a hud and about 1k hands on an opponent I can probably make up a range that would be profitable to 3 bet him depending on his fold to 3bet, also considering his called a 3 bet stat, and go from there, but today you played without stats against unknowns and u were quite dead on, on their ranges and made proper adjustments. So theres got to be some kind of chart (?) of standart ranges against loose passive or loose agressive or tag players that can help me and others understand the concept of this and move from there on.
Atm im struggling with nl50 cant seem to get it going and want to turn a new leaf and start uping my skill, and I understand that its critical that i get this. And will be able to make my own ranges depending on the information on the opponents that I have, and it will be profitable, and will make a huge impact on my winrate and self confidence, to move higher.
Can you give more info on overbetting checked multipots ? I really do think its a goolden spot, cuz im constantly seeng 3bet multipots where people have sd value hands but dont bet because theyre scared of getting raised or whatever, and they will call, but not an overbet, theyll just think I drew out and easy fold, and if I do get called, next time ill overbet my value range and get paid ( the magic of balancing )
Guess thats it for now, but ill be back like schwarzenegger
Hi I have a question for you. What do you think is the best way to learn how to beat microstakes. Everyone say it’s a great idea to put a lot of hands to Evaluation. I make SR after every session and usually put ~6-10 hands every day. I usually ask additional questions, sometimes I’ve clicked ‘evaluate again’ button 4-5 times. Yeah I am such a spammer.
My question here is simple, not how to do in X situation but how to improve my way of thinking to be winning microstakes player (of course at the very begin) For instance we have 55 on 5TJss board and if someone tell me I should play x/r flop because of A I still don’t know how to play against guy who is maniac, vs short in 3 way pot, and so forth. I think you get what I mean.
I know I should watch poker videos, evaluate hands, make SR, read books and articles and a lot of other stuff. I just wonder what do you think is the fastest way to learn and how to do it.
Hi pleno i have a hand for you ♦
You had one spot in the coaching where SB raised, you called. SB checked flop to you and you bet while you told us that u would 3bet if he would check/raise since he reps so few valuehands.
So we should ship here?

My question here for you!I'm just trying to balance my range a bit and see in equilab which hands to defend from each position vs 3bets and which I can fold. Just getting my frequencies right u know. And this would be vs a good regular who also 3bets with good freq. Now my first range which I'm constructing is defendrange with our tight utg range (I mean a utg range which is on the tighter side because for example a maniac is behind us). I see we need to defend approx 47 combo's and it's easy because QQ+ and AK are 34 combo's. The thing is: QQ+ and AK = 4b/broke. So if we only call JJ and AQs (and TT), can't villain exploit or callingrange because it's so small? And also can exploit our 4b range because it's only value? So fold JJ and 4betbluff AQ? Or should we just defend more? I don't know ♦
Okay that's copied from or chat :P. Now let me explain what I mean with tight range:
134 combo's: 66+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, AJo+, KQo
We need to defend approx 47 combo's and QQ+, AK = 34 combo's. We need to find 13 more combo's which is easy. We can call TT, JJ, AQs. Now we have 50 combo's. But our 4bet range still isn't balanced so we need to 4bet some hands, AJs, ATs, KQs, AJo.. But this makes or defendrange rly wide already. Is this a problem lol?
The problem is that villain has such an easy time playing that callingrange. So how to fix this?
- Only 4bet and never call a 3bet.
- Call more hands like TJsI don't know what is best tbh and I don't think I can play hands like TJs OOP so maybe only 4bet or fold? Well, than it sucks to have JJ
PLEASE HELP
Now part 2: Our looser UTG range (198combo's) - 22+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, ATo+, KJo+.
Defend approx 70 combo's.
Actually pretty much the same problem again. I would like to hear what you prefer to 4bet/fold and just flat with.
flat AQs, JJ, TT and 4bet AQo, AJs, ATs, QKs would already give us the amount of combo's we need but again the problem is our face-up callingrange. Is there a way to fix this?
EDIT: Another question. Let's say you open QJs en TJs on the CO and BTN is a good aggro reg (let's take lnternet ♦). Do you almost always just flat these hands? Or even fold?

Hey,
I may get told off for this, but I don't think you should post ALOT of hands in the forums. I think you should pick 2-3 hands, post them and then realllllly look into the hand, think about if you had other hands instead of what you had. (i.e you post a hand with AK, think about how your voerall range plays) getting the most our of 3 hands >>>>> posting 16 hands.
Also use me, treat me like your bitch. Post basic/advance/expert theories and I'll try my absolute best to help you out. I want to help
