1. Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

Single-table Sit & Go.

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

I'm planning to start out at SNG $2, and work my way up from there.

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

Full ring. As much money on the table as possible.

4. How much do you play?

Right now about 1-2 hours a day. Shortly down the line (in a month or so) I'm planning to crank that way up to 7-10 hours a day.

5. How many tables do you want to play?

4-6.

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

Working up to $500 buy-ins and a seven-figure income. I'm actually pretty confident it's doable, based on the margins I've been getting thus far.

Incidentally, I'm in the US (Puerto Rico to be exact), so it should go without saying I can only play US-legal sites. This should be one of your questions.

Hey guys need urgent and serious help regarding choosing a new Poker room.

I am a microstake NL Full Ring cash game player.

I usually play the NL10.

When I play, I play for long hours. And I play 9-12 tables at a time.

Sites played at so far: Pokerstars, Party Poker, 888poker, Poker770 and Fulltilt.(Hence can't choose among these sites anymore)

I have made quite a cash playing NL10 at 888poker and Pokerstars.

My Aim: Now, I want to start playing at a new site for profit and mainly for achieving points at Pokerstrategy. I want to affiliate this new poker site to PokerStrategy.com and start earning points on a regular basis so that I can learn more stuffs about Poker. But I want crazy soft competition like 888poker offers. I am actually torn between choosing William Hill and PKR. I am more inclined towards WH but after playing at Poker770 I realized it was really really nitty even at NL2. Are all Ipoker sites that nitty like Poker770 or is William Hill a soft microstake site?

William Hill and Poker770 share the same player pool, so there is no difference between them.

What? Does this mean if I play on any IPoker sites I will have to share the player base of all Poker sites that are associated to IPOKER network?
OMG..now that is just not right..In my experience I have found Ipoker to be the nittiest of all.

iPoker has 2 groups of sites. Each group share the same player pool between the sites that belong to that group. William Hill, Poker770, Paddy Power,Titan Poker, Bwin, Everest and perhaps a couple more sites that I forget at the moment belong to the same group so they share the same player pool. All the other sites belong to the other group and share the same player pool between them also. The 2 player pools are segregated between them. So you basically have 2 different iPoker networks.

Hey Gonchan,

How is it going?

It's greaty news that you are a diamond and play No Limit. Did you see our bootcamp in March?

http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/content/68750/

I think its super clear that you should play on Unibet. I play no limit myself and I know the traffic is amazing for small and mid stakes, for 100nl you will easily find enough tables.

At unibet there are always good promotions, this month we have 2 seperate rake races, that you would perform really well in giving your impressive volume.

For more information, including a €1000 deposit bonus check out: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/unibet/

Hey Valerjanka,

Lets get that ugly avartar changed huh ;)

Cool, I think playing on a site you are comfortable on is really important, especially if you're going to be playing lots of tables, for this reason, I would suggest microgaming, not if, WHEN you get to 100 by the end of the year the games there are fantastic.

You have 2 options, 1) Unibet, 2) Ladbrokes, whilst the rake is big at micro stakes, if you are playing with 2 deposit bonuses on the seperate sites then this will help :)

After you have tried both you can simply use the one you prefer the best.

Here are the 2 links:

Good luck!

Hey mate,

Check my post above to valerjanka, I think this is definitely the best option for you to! 4 sp's per currency raked too, you cannot go wrong.

Hello again Ingrid

I hope all is well with you? I'm back again seeking your expert advice....I recently moved to the new BetFair site and and feel that I have made a massive mistake as the traffic there is zero and I am struggling to find the type of SNG's that I was playing on the old site. With this in mind it is going to be very difficult for me to build my strategy points. Do you have any other reccomendations? I mainly play 9 - 10 player SNGs around the $3-$4 buy in mark and would like a site with decent traffic where I can build a steady bank roll.

Once again, many thanks

1. Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

NL, SNG SH, MTT Freezout GTD prices

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

NL2, SNG $1, MMT up to 1$

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

SH for NL and SnG
FR for MTT

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)

At least 2h a day. I'm building my bankroll.

5. How many tables do you want to play?

3 to 9

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

Build a solid bankroll for multi-tabling and move up to higher limits.

PS I'm 20 years old and I live in Belgium. I am not allowed to play at some platforms due to the law (21y+).
I used to play at partypoker and in 1 month build my bankroll from 30$ to 140$ but they've changed their policy, so I'm not allowed to play there anymore. Then again, I moved to Everest but I had to stop playing there (due to not receiving PS points). Now I play at MansionPoker, but here are no NL2 tables and I play NL4 (running good but my BR is still vulnerable for playing NL4. I started yesterday with 30$, now I'm at 48$)

Hello,

I think this thread is an amazing idea and I thank you in advance.

1. Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

NL CG

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

NL100

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

SH and sometimes HU

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)

1500 - 2000$ / month

5. How many tables do you want to play?

6 tables

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

I want to grind in a room where I feel good and without problem. I'm french and live in Canada for a few month so I'd like to avoid those rooms who often ask for documents (I don't have a fixed adress).
I prefer a fishy room to a rakeback oriented room.

Thanks.

Just cleared FDB on FT, wasted FDB on Stars with $10 first deposit so only got $10 bonus. Withdrew roll looking for new site to play on that

a) Doesn't have shitty software (so no iPoker) or traffic
b) ideally at least 50% rakeback when combining bonus offer and affiliate rakeback (otherwise Stars is better because lower rake+worse rakeback>higher rake+more rakeback
c) Is fairly trustworthy

Probably am not gonna find a room and will just end up back on Stars but is worth a try...

1. Which game type you play? NL

2. Which limit do you play? NL10

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up? SH

4. How much do you play? around 18 hours a week

5. How many tables do you want to play? 6-9

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months? Move up stakes to NL50 then start playing NL50 HU

Have spent a week with 24hpoker trying to deposit but they are so difficult that I'm close to giving up.

5 hours daily

5. How many tables do you want to play?

4 - 6 tables

My goal is just getting to higher limits without cashing out!

I have account on Titan only.

Hello ninuu,

I think we missed your post before, sorry about that.

I can see that you have several accounts tracked not only Titan Poker and currently grinding on Unibet right?

I think when it comes to playing microstakes, Unibet or any other flat rb poker rooms will suit you the best because you will most likely always find enough traffic on those limits and next to it you can get 30% flat rb with out any sweat ;)

Are you happy at Unibet? I am guessing you just signed up so if any issues let me know :)

If your answer is no, can you let me know why and I will advise you on a different room where you can get your nice share of rb with out having to compete in races etc..

I hope this helps and looking forward to your reply.
Ingrid

Hey again 4KYOU,

Sorry for the late reply and also not happy to hear that Betfair doesn't have enough traffic. Are you sure? Have you cleared your filters? I have a lot of players playing sng's there but ok, lets look at other options for you.

You will find traffic on PokerStars of course, Unibet and EuroPoker.

You're lucky because March is a huge month everywhere and have several sng promotion running.

At EuroPoker you'll have FDB of 200% up to $500 or 200% up to $2,200 which will clear equivalent to 36% rakeback. EuroPoker is also included in our 2013 Gemstone promotion + $3,000 Points Race. And this month the $25,000 Sit & Go Hot Streak.

Check out our VIP analysis for more information and download the EuroPoker client from here.

At Unibet for example you'll have flat 30% rakeback + exclusive €5,000 Unibet Rake race + €1,000 First Deposit Bonus of €1000. And this month the extra €50,000 sng challenge.

Please follow the instruction here to download the Unibet client.

When you filter in the client, please try to look manually because you can only filter for 8-10 man and can't do the 9man sng look up, so don't get scared in case they don't show up in your filtering. :) Also, evening time is probably best to start playing.

Let me know what you think, you can also catch me on skype:ingrid.nagy.ps for quicker help with this or any discussion regarding these rooms.

Ingrid
ps:
I can see that you downloaded Betfair before but it seems that it's not tracked (or you haven't played a single hand yet) but just to be sure, please clear cookies before installing the clients from our download pages to be 100% tracked. :)
