I'm thinking about check/raise line on Turn for us.

Now I see, that my push was very bed. My blocker means nothing, couse he wouldnt fold any flush. I think best line is to ch/call turn and maybe donk good rivers for value. Ch/raising turn also not good vs him, couse he is too "phonish".
It was a spew move. I didnt think about his range river, just realized, that I have a blocker and shoved

If your opponent would had WTSD<25 and/or WWSF > 50, I think All-in it would not be bad. But your opponent is more like a callingstation or a paranoiac Against such I would not bluff. But I don't think that was a very bad bluff.

U're getting good odds for the call however what do we expect there to beat? he has all AT combos also TT , 44 , which combos would more likely explain his passive play, he did also catch up with with the BD fd if he had some sort of QJ/KJ/KQ type of hand the only hand we beat is the flop FD, which i don't see any point shoving due to low FE

Hi. His cbet river is 80% and I think he should cbet here most of value hands. Ch/r full is fine here, but he got just 1 comb AT and 3comb TT . his river agg is 34%, so I think he could do some big bluffs.
But now Im not sure if we have a vb river, cuz he cbet turn a lot and I dont see him ch/calling weaker Ax turn + his wtsd is just 21...

After analizing database I found some interesting things:

1)call 22-99 sb, bb vs utg,mp (-332bb/100)

2) bluff 4bet (without TT+ AK) bu (-680bb/100)

3) sb, unopened steal 42% 3bb and all sb hands when unopened (with folds) (-19bb/100)
maybe I should steal more and 2,5 bb?

4) Most interesting defend bb vs sb - call 19%, 3bet 14% (-110bb/100) (-67bb/100 in January). Found couple of guys, who 3betting 20-25% and calling 30%, and they have +1-5 bb/100. If I defend bb vs sb like them I would win 4500$ more last month

And my biggest leak is that Im afraid to be weak/exploitable. I do bad pre shoves w AQ or TT vs tight guys, or vb river too thin (in spots where I have less then 50% vs opp range), do loose calls river and so on.

I hate to play call/call/fold, especially in 3 bet pots. Im starting to level myself "he could bluff to blank" or "its top of my range" or "Ive got a good pot odds" and so on.

Is this something that happens a lot? How much $/month do you think that you are losing in spots like these? If you calculate it and put a number on it then you can easier see if you have an issue with tilt here...

Keeping track of $ lost/month on mistakes are good to keep track on. Mark all the hands where you are C/C/F and post them here and see how the other coaches would play the same hands. Maybe there are a few different lines that you can take or adjust your ranges. The fact that you get uncomfortable or annoyed on the river and call the third barrel is something you want to prepare for as early as the flop in the AJ hand. Decide on the turn what you will do on certain rivers. Then talk your thought process out on the river. Slow things down. This will make it easier to reach better decisions. But you have to make a conscious effort and work on these spots.

When it comes to winners tilt. How can you tell now that that could have been an issue? Did you notice it even before the session started? If so, how?

I dont think, that winners tilt could be a big problem for me, cause regulary I dont watch my results due session.
