in short : yes
in long: yes it is

about the hand: F cbet too small , i bet atleast 120 if not 130/140.
T is a must vbet , he will have some flushes (altough he mostly will chr them on the F) , some straights , but will have made 2P aswell , possibly Tx (with or without a bd fd) where you are losing alot of value from.
River is just groce, depending on the villain a call might be possible, if he knows how to bluf in this spot , but tbh i expect a straight to be the bottom of his leading range , so i'd fold

My standard is to cbet 1/2 pot I would almost never bet 2/3 or more,
If i cbet that big it becomes very expensive, because most of the time i will just have air when i cbet otf.

I agree about the turn.

On the river, Dont you think he will have a b/f range here very often? What would you call on river if you were villain?

I understand but this type of board is just so drawheavy and connected that you need to cbet it larger:)

I'm not villain ,thats the whole point:)
You have to adapt in HU. This also means coping with 'bad' plays by them.
Since my exp is ppl don't like to fold 'strong' hands , i'm afraid this is too often a situation where he only calls better and folds all worse:)
