Hi Nip,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Unlike the other hand this guy seems fishy so cbetting the flop for thin value/protection is fine.

Turn is unfortunately a check/fold. There's not a whole lot worse that can call and we don't even have the Q of spades (plus he is passive).

What do we beat? How much equity do we have if behind?

I'd say that yes, we have to fold often. We only have 6 live outs at best and very little implied odds (we have reversed because he may have flush already).
