@ Schnitzelfisch
Okay my big question is about your paper-system which you described in your guide at point 6.xx. I really have much unorderd stuff/papers in my flat, so its sounds really like hard work to start your system. So are you using this system yourself and is it worthwhile? Im more a to-do-list guy and not so happy with this.
Hey again,
I use it, although I use it electronically now, I have everything stored on my computer. Generally the paper-system which is described there can also be used on a pc :).
If you have a lot of stuff in your apartment, it will be hard for you to stay focused, because in the back of your head your mind will know this and you will have open loops in your mind.
So having a system where you have all of this information stored (outside your head) and knowing that you can find anything you want relatively fast can help you quite a bit :).
I would say it's definitely worthwhile as the benefits of finding stuff immediately and having a clear head are just huuuge!
Sure, it takes some time in the beginning, but even once you're going through the things you will already feel better and with a clearer head :).

Wow thx for the fast answer. Yeah electronically sounds also better for me. So I just make a few folders to get the papers in and do the rest on my laptop.
Is there something special for using it on computer?
I will start tommorow and this post is my commitment! If I dont post till tommorow evening that I have start/done it, 20$ on stars for the first one who post: "lazy fool" here on Tuesday!
Another fast answer incoming (I have no life, so I'm camping the forums on Sunday afternoon ♦).
Yep, it can be pretty simple like that yeah. Well, it'd be best to keep the references in some folders/drawers yep, and to just write down the important things somewhere in pc (word documents etc.).
Well, just give it a try and let me know if you run into some problems, it should be the easiest that way to be honest :).

Some hands:
BTN: $178 (89 bb) Fisch
SB: $221.80 (110.9 bb)
BB: $209 (104.5 bb) reg only 62 hands 16/11 3bet 3,6% checkraise flop first time here
MP: $200 (100 bb)
Hero (CO): $305.38 (152.7 bb)
Preflop: Hero is CO with J♥ J♦
MP folds, Hero raises to $6, BTN calls $6, SB folds, BB calls $4
Flop: ($19) 2♣ 6♥ 3♣ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $14.25, BTN folds, BB raises to $32, Hero calls $17.75
Here first decision which range could he raise? So I think sets str8 and much kombodraws. I think overpairs would he 3bet vs the fish preflop. So my flopcall is allready close, but in game I cant fold to this small raise. Sometimes they give up on turn.
Turn: ($83) A♠ (2 players)
BB bets $50, Hero folds
Here every nutflush draw has me also beat and I folded easy. Is it a fold on flop?
Question is how to play against loose villains who will often bluffraise me on such lowboards? Calldown on non clubs or 3bet on flop?
Hand2:
SB: $208.95 (104.5 bb)
UTG: $341.58 (170.8 bb)
BB: $407.09 (203.5 bb) 28/23 on 65 hands and 3bet onetime vs me on the button before
MP: $200 (100 bb)
CO: $207.65 (103.8 bb)
Hero (BTN): $332.50 (166.3 bb)
Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q♠ Q♣
UTG folds, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4, SB folds, BB raises to $12, Hero calls $8
I didnt want to bring it this deep in pre.
Flop: ($25) 3♠ 8♦ 9♥ (2 players)
BB bets $16, Hero calls $16
could raise but call is fine
Turn: ($57) 2♥ (2 players)
BB bets $35, Hero calls $35
I think he will not barrel this turn light because its a complete brick mb he barrels all fds str8draws and pairs
River: ($127) A♦ (2 players)
BB bets $75,Hero?
Bad river, its obv the best bluffcard because I rarly have an ace here, so Iam top of my range and have my almost best bluffcatcher so given his more loose tendencies on the first hands, call?
@ Schnitelfisch thx a lot man!

most of the regs on my site also play the limits I play so I dont be really afraid of them, sometimes there are some players moving down from nl1k than I have a bit respect and try to play very solid/balanced against them.
Hey you might even want to lower that to five buyins just so that the step back if you hit a bad patch of hands not as hard to mentally to overcome. And this also give you a lot more practice of moving between stakes. How does that sound?
MP: $315.96 (158 bb) reg 24/20 opens 21% mp
CO: $206 (103 bb)
Hero (BTN): $319.88 (159.9 bb)
SB: $76.83 (38.4 bb) 70/10 fish
BB: $200 (100 bb) 17/8 but only 103 hands saw him once donking with weakmade 3.pair no other reads
UTG: $495 (247.5 bb)
Preflop: Hero is BTN with A♦ 8♦
UTG folds, MP raises to $6, CO folds, Hero calls $6, SB folds, BB calls $4
I think callin with fish behind is max-ev
Flop: ($19) 3♣ Q♥ 5♣ (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $14.25, BB calls $14.25, MP folds
So everybody is checking, time to stab^^. openraiser will almost ever checkfold and sb is also more on the tighter side.
I can rep a q, sets and fds
Turn: ($47.50) 2♠ (2 players)
BB bets $29.62, Hero calls $29.62
Now the interesting part: He is donking this smallish size, which looks to me like a weak q,flushdraw or maybe 88-jj. So i decided to call and bluff on most rivers
River: ($106.74) 6♥ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $80.05
I`m not so happy with my size, vs his obv weak line he probably expect me to valuebet smaller, so my bet polarized me so he can bluffcatch. What do you think?
Hey again,
how has the system been going? Did you manage to set it up? Are you using it frequently? Have you had any problems with it? Have you seen any major improvements?

@ Schnitzelfisch
Now I downloaded the audiobook getting things done. So far Im using my mobilephone and my laptop for wirting all the loops in my head down. And for Papers I have a box and once a week I order them. So I have a bit of improvement.
@Erik
I wrote this yesterday:
Hey Erik,
last days I ran really bad. 1-2 stacks lost because of tilt but mainly simple Variance. But After dropping 7stacks today, my mind cant stop thinking about it. I checked the hands. I evaluated my game. Everything normal I think. But I cant let it go. Is there anything better to calm down my mind? After evaluating my game about things which I can control I often go to the gym and then my mind is almost ever clear. But today this didn`t work. I really don’t know why, dropping 7 stacks is not new to me. The only thing new is that this is my first month as a pro. So loosing has more influence of my future, mb this is my problem. Fear about future things. I hope tomorrow it is gone. And will not have influence of my game. I think this written down will already help me a bit=)

You basically answered your own question here. You have to DO not think. Write about it analyze it like you already did and it starts to go away gradually. Physical exercise is great because it slows the mind down. The problem is not the scenarios the mind paints up in our heads, the problem is that it is out of control and creates them in the first place. Slow that mind down. Analysation, excercises and mindfulness
We have to do the work!

hmmmm I'm not I really love pre, how wide are you going here?
Its because of the fish in the sb. My standard-flattingplan is more on the tighter side=) more 3betting and folding etc. Most of the time the fish will call and than the openraiser is in sandwich and have to play more honestly. And I can take some pots down only for betting in position.
wtf you are sooo fast. I think i call every pp and axs BW ets 87s+ some kind of this
kk, I also would defend like J9s, Q9s etc if you are not already passively defending those.
Also depending on the fish would potentially be happy to neglect all of my 3betting range, meaning that I have a bunch of range protection vs the squeeze from the other blind guy whilst also playing a super strong range vs the fish.
BB: $200 (100 bb) 24/19 3bet 9% overall and squeeze 6,3% but with fish I think a bit wider for Isolating him....
Hero (MP): $270.95 (135.5 bb)
CO: $203 (101.5 bb)
BTN: $200 (100 bb)
SB: $113.73 (56.9 bb) fish 40/10
Preflop: Hero is MP with A♦ Q♠
Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, SB calls $5, BB raises to $26, Hero calls $20, SB folds
Flop: ($58) 5♦ 3♠ J♦ (2 players)
BB bets $30, Hero calls $30
Turn: ($118) 5♠ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $33, BB calls $33
River: ($184) 4♦ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $181.95 and is all-in, BB calls $111 and is all-in
I would Valuebet here all j`s +. So should I have bluffing range here? If, yes which hands? all kq's with backdoors which I could call on flop? Or my AQ with Ad? I think after his turn call the only hand which he can fold is ak or something like 88-tt.
I think I flat my hole toprange in this spot maybe even wider:
TT+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo
