I just started playing sng's on ftp but my HM doesnt recognize the buy-in levels. It is counting all my different buy-in sng tournaments as 0$ therefore I cant see no ROI or graphs, I cant filter them etc.. Thanks for the help.

Which HM version? Latest official HM1 1.12.10b doesn't work properly on FTP tourneys.
You can try this beta: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_16Nov2012.exe
We have some newer betas released since then but they have bugs on FTP too.
