I can finally announce that Damian is cooperating and has shown that he fully understands the seriousness of the situation.

My suggestion is that Damian Copeland pays back at least an equal part in % to all stakers. The fact that my investment in him was the biggest among all stakers shouldn't mean that he pays me less. If anything, it should mean that he pays more since I trusted him more, commited more, sent more money and he abused my trust in the process, so that I kept sending, which I wouldn't do if he provided exact reports and data.
I suggest that Damian pays back at least 50% to all stakers (obviously, he can agree to pay more than 50% to some of the stakers). Initially I proposed 10000EUR, which was my estimate at the time (on 22 May 2013, in private skype chat with Damian). The reason why I now think 50% (which equals to 10602.5 EUR) is the lowest fair amount to be paid, is because I added into account: the tourneys which he played on PokerStars out of agreement (not mentioned so far), the rakeback he got (not mentioned so far) and other factors that are somewhat subjective but should in my opinion be taken into account as well, i.e.: time lost, stress caused etc.
I think 50% is a neutral amount to pay back, which will both ensure all stakers can get at least an equal share back and regain Damian his reputation in the community. I don't think lower percentages can do that.
@Damian: I think you can agree that I have been fair to you so far. I was available in chat, I gave you a lot of strategy and mental game advice , poker material (books, video series), we discussed whatever other topic outside poker too. I visited you in Birmingham, slept at your place, we played live poker together, ate together, had a good time.
I think you can agree that it's fair and expected on your part to show respect towards me and after all what happened, pay back at least 50% of the money I sent you. I don't mind if you pay it over a longer period of time, but please accept your part of responsibility.

In the interest of transparency I feel the need to declare that I have received and accepted Mindan on skype.
Please know that I have only tried to mediate the dispute between the parties as I thought I could help in an "unofficial" capacity. I am not at liberty to get involve in an official capacity as the ethics of my profession prohibits that I give legal advise without an official brief.
I will, however, speak to the parties in private, if there is no objection from any other party, and if it helps that the matter gets resolved.
If any party has an objection to me speaking to Mindan, in private, please say so now.
If any party feels the need to get formal legal advise I shall be happy to refer you to my old house mate who is a barrister in London (I believe most parties are in the UK).
I have messaged/texted/skyped you the past few days to you just not answering me back, Its in regards to your 'offer' in this thread, and would love to actually talk about it.
I don't think anything good will come out of you talking to mindan in private. If mindan talks to me first, and if we can't come to an agreement then, then you can talk to him.

Maybe we have a 3 way private conversation on skype, If/when mindan is available. I guess if mindan has you, he can transfer contacts.
I do not think there is much to discuss in private that we cannot discuss in public. I would prefer to keep everything public and transparent. Of course if you have personal data to share with me, that shouldn't be visible in public, we can use private chat. We could discuss the payment plan in private, but in order to do that, you have to accept the amount first. So, do you accept the repayment of 50% of the deal (10602.5 EUR)?

Repayment plan:
minimum monthly payments:
£50 to Maritusla (maximum payback period 18months)
£40 to Liessens (mpp 18m)
£30 to Pucilpet (mpp 10m)

First payment end of June
Damian quote this post and say that you agree to the amounts owed and repayment plan so we can put in effect the repayment plan.
Mindan will post the repayment plan for the 50% ~ 10600 EUR owed to him as soon as he reaches to an agreement on the monthly payments with Damian.
Final deadline of the repayments plans for our Stake and Mindan's stake is 31/05/2013
Our opinion is that Damian gets a part time job (rates are from £6-9 per hour) as soon as possible. Therefore with 5 hours a week he can pay the £120 monthly fee we agreed plus X hours to cover the monthly payment to Mindan.
This will ensure that payments will be made on time and will allow Damian to focus on his poker/business without the pressure of having to win money through those activities to pay the monthly repayment fees.
I can't quote as on my phone, but I'm not agreeing to anything until I've confirmed with mindan about payment.
I cant see why you cant quote from your phone.
When you log on from your pc quote my first post and say that you agree with the amounts stated but cant agree on the repayment plan before the you agree with Mindan on a repayment plan.
Deadline of 31/05/2013 still applies.
