That's why in the long run - showing consistent aggression with drawing hands (when time is right) is better then giving up the initiative and start just calling

Agreed, but I think cbetting 50% is better here.

If i cbet 50% or more and get called how would i handle the 7 on the turn, i couldnt keep betting so i would have to ch /fold

That's right - vs most of the types of opponents.

Sometimes you are gonna have to be able to give up aggression and give up pots when behind and facing no folding equity from your opponents.

Sometimes when semibluffing, if there is no other hope, the best EV play (0EV or least -EV) is to pass this particular time.

Because you are going to be able to make up that small loss in the long run in this spot - when they will pass to your Flop CBet or when you will hit your outs and make them pay off.

I think 200 pre is fine! As played I ch/f this board against 2 opponents very often! on the turn you just have potsize left + this board hits their callingranges way too hard!

Against 1 player I'm cbetting 35-40% here... Never more because its a bet to bring smaller pps to fold... hands like aj, aq, kq etc. are never folding anyways!
