In this thread we will follow a repayment plan for pokerstrategy user Spungeh.
Spungeh breached the staking agreements with mindan, Maritsula, Liessens and Pucilpet in these ways:
1) failing to give regular reports on the stake
2) misrepresenting his wins/losses
3) using the stake money to play "out of stake" games
He agreed to the payment of 11046 GBP, as seen in the details of the payment plan below. This thread will be used for monitoring the payments.
We, the stakers involved (mindan, maritsula, pucilpet, liessens) have talked with Damian and agreed to this payment plan:
£50 to Maritsula (maximum payback period 18months)
£40 to Liessens (maximum payback period 18m)
£30 to Pucilpet (maximum payback period 10m)
£50-170 to mindan (maximmum payback period 65m)
£900 to Maritsula
£750 to Liessens
£300 to Pucilpet
£9096 to mindan
First 3 months (june 2013 - aug 2013):
-50GBP to mindan -> 150/9096GBP paid
-50GBP to maritsula -> 150/900GBP paid
-40GBP to liessens -> 120/750GBP paid
-30GBP to pucilpet -> 90/300GBP paid
Next 7 months (sep 2013 - mar 2014):
-50GBP to mindan -> 350 + 150 = 500
-50GBP to maritsula -> 350 + 150 = 500
-40GBP to liessens -> 280 + 120 = 400
-30GBP to pucilpet -> 210 + 90 = 300 (full amount paid), now 30GBP extra to mindan
Next 8 months (apr 2014 – nov 2014):
-80GBP to mindan -> 640 + 500 = 1140
-50GBP to maritsula -> 400 + 500 = 900 (full amount paid)
-40GBP to liessens -> 320 + 400 = 720, so damian should pay 30GBP more to liessens till full amount paid, he should be able to pay this small extra at the end
Last 47 months (dec 2014 – oct 2018):
-170GBP to mindan -> 7990 + 1140 = 9130 (this is 34 GBP over the total amount owed to mindan, so last month the payment should be 136GBP instead of 170GBP)
The total payment period will therefore last 65 months, from june 2013 to october 2018.
Damian will also pay more than planned if possible, and to prove that he is actually paying as much as he can, he will provide the stakers with monthly bank statements.
I received the payment for September, though it was late (yesterday) and short (75 USD, which is 46 GBP instead of 50 GBP). The payment was sent on pokerstars via player-to-player transfer.
