I would bet turn a bit bigger, mb 50 since he won't fold J, A high or flush draw anyway. The river is close, I would just call to be unexploitable.

Villain is unknown so i`m probably not going to play him in future. Only matters most +ev line. What about small block-bet for value?

It is true we want to know what is most +ev line, but I think we have no idea about that since we don't know villain's readless range distribution in this exact spot. And normally when I am not sure what is the most +ev line, I choose to be unexploitable to make sure I don't play bad.
