Bet/fold the flop bigger imo, something like 120 to get more value from pairs + draws.

Boards like this are just terrible for TPTK when you get raised. Best case scenario is that he's raising you with something like QJcc or maybe some other FD. You're either marginally ahead or way behind, so it's not a good spot for you at all.

imo calling his flop raise, even though you're in position, is going to be a losing play. Even though it sucks folding top pair/top kicker of course.

I think calling his flop raise is fine in position, and giving up pretty easily after that because there are so few Kx hands he is raising on the flop and continuing with, his range is strong and also includes strong draws.

As played I think it's fine. He bets some busted draws on river and the bet is quite small.

Hey Adam!

I'm also not folding to a raise on the flop ip. Flopbet could be 120 though. Pre 90!

River is imo a fold! you just beat 10j and airtype hands (midpairs that bluff the flop) or small fds. Those handcombinations are normally just flatting and not betting in that size on the river as a bluff!

Why do we bet/call the flop if we have to fold to further aggression on the turn/river anyway? I mean, if you're going to call his flop raise, then certainly you should call on this blank river as well?

I might be completely wrong here of course, but it doesn't seem worth it to me to call the flop raise when you have to fold to further aggression anyway.

As played, I also call river here. Maybe I'm making this mistake often.

I also go 75pf, but bet 2/3pot or so on flop and call a small raise.

What if on the turn you attempt to represent the nuts? KK and KQ, are in your open raising range now crush his range, including his pairs, his flush draws and his straights.

one combo of KK is not in his calling range, and there are few combos of KQ left.

If this is a thinking player, after getting called on the flop, he'd have to put opponents turn and river bets only as a boat or a bluff. There are many boat and flush draw combos in CO's range (if SB has AJo) on the flop. He has to call turn bet and fold to a river shove.

Of course on $1.50 BI, I'm probably being optimistic about the fold, but still he shows a possibility that he's concerned about the boat on the turn, and doesn't seem to want to protect against the flush anymore.

If he c/r the turn, then wp and I fold I guess.

you call flop because villains can also make a stab on this board or to it with drawingtype hands (small fds for example). If we call here one time and villains make a another strong sized bet on the turn we can easily fold!
