My hud doesnt work at the Blaze poker tables on unibet. Anyone has an idea on how to get it working? I already searched for a solution on google and came across a topic which said HM2 doesnt support Blaze poker on unibet. Is that true?

I think i'm gonna get a quicker response in the Unibet forum. I just wanted to know if it is possible at all to get your HUD running on the Blaze tables on unibet, since i read somewhere that it's impossible. Just want a quick double check :)

Blaze is not supported. The main problem is that they don't write handhistories for all hands. As long as this is not fixed we are not going to implement support.

yeah, they do promotion to attract player pool but forget the main thing - hand history :) if it was, there probably would be automatically bigger blaze player pool when regs join.

And actually this is a prove that regs are needed for poker :)

I like the fact that the HH are not saved so the regs that cant play poker without a hud dont play it. Won 10BI on blaze yesterday just by playing super ABC :) It was so soft it was amazing :P . So i hope the rakebackgrinding nits stay away from blaze _cool:

So i assume PT4 also doesnt track?

Second question: I heard its possible for PT4 to track the anonymous tables, while HM2 doesnt support those tables?

Yes we don't support this tables. Our impression is that Microgaming doesn't want us to display a hud on this new anon. tables so at the moment we don't think its worth implementing it.

But PT4 does support anon tables?

Pokertracker tries to solve problems while HEM just does nothing. That is the impression i have for a while. And when Pokertracker fixes something HEM fixes it aswell. Pokertracker is trying to solve the hud problem and has some sort of support that will be improved in the future while you guys say "they don't want us to track it" so we do nothing. I already regret paying for HEM2. :f_cry:

You're sure this is (still) the case? Just did some tests. Seems like hands are (now) written to the history files only the folded and quickfolded hands don't get parsed and end up as errors during import

You talk about Blaze? Can you send us some sample handhistory files?

Please zip them and send them with link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

I guess we do not make enough money for HEM2 while PT4 just gives clients the service they deserve. So sad to be honest. ?(
