NL2 FR Set play

Preflop: I'm not going to say that this iso-raise is good or bad, but in general, small PPs are less playable and thus checking is going to be a good option. By default, I would raise 88+. Hands like 22-77 or 56s are dependent on the villain.
-If villain limp/folds a lot or folds to Flop cbets, then raising is better
-If villain loves calling multiple streets, then checking is better

Turn: Folding a set is out of the question. It's a question of whether shoving or calling is better. Don't forget you are still ahead of JT.

This assumes that villain has close to 0 bluffs. I think villain rarely bluffraises here, but it's still def going to be a possibility. With almost 50% equity here, folding would be extremely bad.

So question is whether we should push for protection/playability reasons, or just call since we cannot raise for value. Do remember that there's already some dead money in the pot.

I honestly think either option is fine. I'm folding on an 8/9 if I do call turn. But given that the pot is already so huge and you are clearly committed, shoving is slightly better.

Btw ur preflop raise size looks extremely huge as well. I recommend making it 3-4 bb + 1bb per limper by default. Making it 5bb is a little too large.
