Still Waiting....

Just wondering how long it may take to get my starting captial...its been 50 hours

Its been 4 days now.... is this normal?

i have registed more then 3 days ago.i send my id card but stil no bonus
what is wrong?

BE Patient , it took 4 days for me, make sure you have registered with a partner poker sight, otherwise send a ticket to support

I've been waiting 5 days now for the starting bonus... Ive sent in my ID more times than I can remember.

Can anyone tell me whats going on?

i got my starting capital within about 12 hours, no ID checks or anything

I cant understand why this is taking so long, Ive done every thing they have asked and Im pretty sure ive registered on PokerStars correctly.
Ive sent tickets and every time I get a reply from somone different asking me to re send my ID.... If they dont want to give me the $50 I wish they would just let me know so I can stop getting my hopes up.

please check your tickets, you should got one telling your to resend your ID. Please send it again to security@pokerstragy.com and enter "ID Check heueue" as subject. And please be patient. It can take a while due to many requests at the moment.

Mansion Poker has denied our request to transfer the 50$ to your account which means either it was not created with our bonus code or you already had an account there. You can create an accout at either Full-Tilt, PokerStars, Titan or PartyPoker and reply to your support ticket.
