Really hard to give you the correct answer as I know the villains hand right now. But with some assumptions I would bluff shove the river vs his bet, as long there are no A,K,J on the river. Once I hit the 9 I think I have some showdown value still, if I can remember this hand now it was against one of the aggressor 3bettors that was 3betting very frequently from the blinds like 10%+ so my call is justified. But if I miss I think I could debate a bluff shove. Shoving on the 9 as a bluff is a bit tricky I think as he could have a draw that completed, so IMO calling for info there is fine.

If I am wrong at some point, please let me know, as I like to learn stuff.
