My main concern here is if I should cbet or not.

Preflop: looks fine
Postflop: No better hands are folding vs our cbet (Kx, Ax call at least one). And people rarely bluff small pairs so I don't see a reason to cbet.
What was your reasoning?
I myself thought that no better hands fold but I decided to cbet because I didn't want to get bluffed and get forced to fold (since I'm not comfortable playing ch-c here).

Most people are too afraid to bluff with pairs and we shouldn't expect much else to be in his range that has not hit the flop and can bluff.
So checking and folding is perfectly fine imo.
