What is a descend winrate from SB and what is from BB. I believe you mentioned 60 as a descend winrate but this is the combinen winrate.
Over a 50K sample i made -30bb/100 from SB and -53/100 from BB.
Overall am loosing 5bb/100 over 50K sampel so i believe i should focus on my blind play that is why am very interested in these numbers.
is there anyone who records pleno's coachings now that they're on ustream? Unfortunately I can't watch them

Pretty cool to play with you ♦
Thoughts on the hand you played v me? U 3B SBvUTG. Flop KTX check/check. You bet 66% pot turn blank and pot blank river.
Why do you think those sizings are optimal in that spot? I folded QQ, I have to defend like 50% there and think QQ isn't in it cause I have some KQs, KK.
Is it true that I shouldn't really call once in that spot? Or do you sometimes bet turn and giveup river there?
just always fold pre flop to me buddy. Either Im winning or Ill find a way to win.
I generally play v passive vs pokerstrategy.com players.

You're opening wayyyy too loose UTG and wayyyyy too tight later, in general, desired stats would be around 24/20.I would suggest trying to use the following ranges
UTG - 55+ j10s+ aq+
MP = 78s+ kq+ aj+ a10s+ a2-a5s
CO = 45s+ 89o+ k7s+, q7s+ j7s+ a2s+ a2-a5 a8+ 22+
btn = anything suited, q5o+ anything remotely playable.Remember, playing in position is so important so the later we are the wider we can open, it is totally fine if the sb flats wide if we have k7s we can play really well post flop.
1) Absolutely, opening k5s vs a nitty button will be fine too a lot of the time
2) We can 4bet hands like k8s, Q9o, a7o, if they 3bet alot we can defend kq, jq as they will be depolarized meaning they will be 3betting hands such as j9s so we will be dominating a good % of their range, + we have position.Basically we should choose the best hands we would fold as our 4bet bluff hands as usually they will have blockers and if called we have a better hand than a random bad hand we decided to open. Generally people will fold/5b so blockers become very important so that combinatorially we 5b less over our 4bet bluff.
Hi,
The above ranges is for FR or SH.
What do you mean by "anything remotely playable"?
Thanks.
holla
SH, I dont have a good sample at FR so not comfortable giving good advice there. I assume the 3bet 5bet ranges will be too loose for FR.
SH ftw tho.

I often don't know what to do when I get a hand like AK, QQ or JJ in the blinds and I face an UTG or MP open. I don't know if I mostly should 3bet for value because they're ip and will therefor still call with worse hands or do I only isolate myself against a stronger range? I know this is very player dependent so i'd like to know how to approach these situations vs fish, regulars and unknown. I currently play nl5
Hey, saw you in my other thread too ♠_love:
It is very player dependent, vs fish I would ALWAYS 3bet AK, JJ, QQ for value as they are just going to call 3bets so wide. Id also likely 3bet KQs as a default no matter on positions either.
If you just flat call then you invite a regular in the BB ro SB to come along and play multiway, I prefer having the fish all to myself and having the initiative to manipulate the pot size depending on how we improve.

Thanks broseph. Yeah that is definitely too big.
Main problems that people seem to have from the blinds and leaks I see are
- Opening too wide or too tight form the SB
- Defending too little from the BB vs button and sb ranges
- Not having a good sb vs btn strategy.
Maybe you can share some of these with me and we go from there.

Did you think that he had set over set or why have you just called here? It is true that you don't beat too much from his value range, especially when you would have raised and he would have called. I mean when you raise, better hands call and worse hands fold anyways.
