open shove is standard. And you want to get called. It is ok to minraise if you have read that your opponent is shoving over you a lot. Then you can get some thin value from their bluff shoves.
because of little foldequity? villain may be bluffing here? if i get called, i think that will be a flip or worse,
Equity Win Tie Loss Hand

The point is you are not supposed to get away if they have better pocket pairs. So, if you minraise, they will probably 3bet shove most of those or 3bet non all in. In both cases you will have to get it in anyway. So, we can ignore those hands in his range, same with good Ax.
Next usually if we open shove 44, he will fold hands like 98s, K5s etc. which have very good equity against us. This is great compared to if he flats our minbet. This is why we do it readless.
The advantage of minraise 44 against some aggro players is that by doing that he will shove A2, A3, A4, 22-33 against us, which he might fold to open shove. Also, he might 3bet non all in with some hands then fold to our shove, which is brilliant too.
