Hello there kiromanAAKK,

You can find installation here.

I made a bit more research and there can be many causes for such a behaviour.

If you will still have problems after re-installing flash player please provide us with a bit more info like what browser do you use, what operating system and so on.

Hope that we will solve this mistery

Oh, we have to make this work.

Can you also please just uninstall the player and then install it again?

I will try to find out what is going on if that doesn't help. Just provide me info about your operating system and browser you use. Have you tried also with other browsers than that you use by default?

I did some research and that may be something related to JW Player.

Can you please check if you can play this video in your browser?

Hello again

i checked everything and honestly i don't have any more ideas why you don't see JW player videos. Try also to clear your browser cache and cookies. That may help also.

Have you tried also to play videos in Chrome and Firefox? If you have latest flash player installed on your computer that should work. :f_frown:

Wooooh that makes me angry :f_cool:.

I still think that there has to be something wrong with flash player. Try to uninstall your flash player/players and install them again.

Also i don't know what should go wrong in Chrome since Chrome has built in flash player. You are sad i believe but you are not alone here :f_mad:

+1 At first I thought this was a Chrome only error but i get exactly the same problem in firefox. I have latest flashplayer.

If and when you find a fix please post a thread on it as this does not seem to be an isolated problem with the videoplayer.

Hey guys,

True, it's not just a Chrome error or something. This problems seems to occur for multiple web browsers and multiple videos.

As I mentioned in another thread as well, we are aware of the problem and our IT guys are currently working hard on getting this solved. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon!

Kind regards,
Tino
