I wouldnt put villain on a FD. Id say he only donks the NFDs but even those I would assume he would rather check it to you, as you probably cbet this board 100%. Whats your cbet %? Whats his x/r %?

To give him a range: He might have hands like AA or K6 with which he wants to get the initiative and barrel himself, as he might think you are not barreling enough yourself on turns.
Maybe its some TwoPairs with FDs, but to be honest, he cant have many K6, K4, 64 combos in his bb defend range imo.
Maybe he just misinterpreted the action and though he was the PFA

Its tough for me to define a range for him, Therefore its tough to say if the bluff is good. Id say its ok, as you say he perceives you to be straight forward. On the other hand I think his donking range is mostly on the stronger side, where he has combos of a madehand+draw and its tough to move him down of those hands.

meh. Not sure :/

why not just call and bluff the River? Or do you think he will fold top set vs your raise?

I think i rarely raise the nutflush in this spot (maybe i should?) and therefore it makes no sense for me to bluff there.

If you are going to bluff there i would raise smaller, so he might call once and you can collect the pot on the River, but with your sizing he will be almost committed to the pot once he calls.

Ofcourse you may have to shutdown on pairing River cards.

I thought about bluffing the river, too.
But the pot will be ~53bb otr with 73,84bb eff. left. So if he bets quite big here, we wont generate any FE.
Or would you suggest to bluff only if checked to? I wouldnt like that very much.

the problem here is, that villian is capable of betting river also when we just call turn. and then its hard to generate fe. what i like more is here to raise turn smaller (maybe mr) and then shove river if its not paired

Hi,

i would suggest a raise small enough to have the ability to jam river. The problem with potting it is that he might not fold a set, but he definetly won't reraise his set if we make a small raise. He folds his air to both sizes tough.

Regards,

Skod
