first session did not go well but ev and positive...I think I made ​​some mistake but not big...the my big problem in this session was the concentration that sometimes fell...

today is much better there's only more cough but flounder..I wanted to go to the casino but i prefer don't go if I'm not well..Today I played a good number of hands tomorrow the first thing that will do and review my hands, I remember some hands on which I have doubts and tomorrow post..now I play a HU turnay I will update it if a good result.

thank you Lazza tomorrow I participate in some of your tournaments since the new hours allow me...

Today I played a lot but with autopilot and I've miss some spot and for this reason there have not spot interest other than what I posted..the first two days have gone well and moral is high this time I want to do as good as I've never done.
follow as a rule of bankroll 50 stackI wil level up only I have this.
I'm start NL20 with 50 stack I play only table in £ or euro.The goal is 1,5K profit and are already well on the way.

I'm back again today I made a lot of mistakes,the problem and the mindset I do not say bad words, do not get angry but when I loose much I change my game become more aggressiv and much call happy the fold that are normally easy become difficult even stop the session serves...
I purchased the mental game and start to read it hoping that it will be useful to me.

I started reading it but I find it hard because my english isn't good or thought ask if there are some group of study on pokerstrategy I do not care the variant or level ,important is speak english,please let it be you can tell me where they are on the site or if there are not it be nice and useful to create a I know there is one in the Italian community for the study of omaha there are a lot of users who gather on skype and teamviewer and exchange views
