thank you lazza thanks for you follow and for the help..
I spending i lot of time doing of study english,tonight to pull off a bit I decided to go see a movie

I think I found a remedy for make fewer mistakes before choosing the bet I think for at least 10 second also for easy decision(except the fold pre trash hands)so I not make stupid mistakes.
the first session was ok ,I hope I was not just luck also I found myself really better.

today I went to casino, now i play online and I will update.

yesterday I not update because when I play first session my pc is go broke,probaly hard disk ;( ;(In this I write when a pc of my friends.

At the end a couple of days that I Have my PC,after last update the next day I don't remember to update the blog and so i have lost the challenge..
Now I update less often and only when I have something interesting,now I don't play so much but only when are rested and I feel like it and the result is better.
I make always table selection and I do not play snapshots but we think for a moment and this is making much difference..

I would like to thank Lazza for follow me,I hope as soon as possible to take part in one of your tournaments.

I think you are right to take a few seconds to think Matteo.
I have snap-called a river bet far too often in the past, but if I had thought about it first I would not have.
I'm glad the pc is going again as well, so let's see some nice interesting hands.

Thanks for the kind words.

It is very important, particularly if you plan on playing a long session to be fully rested and fresh.

I like to listen to some of my favourite music beforehand, because I believe it puts me in a more positive frame of mind.

I've made snap calls on the river and then noticed the flush or straight had completed but didn't notice it. It's always wise to take a few seconds to think about the betting actions on every street and to make sure you haven't misread the board.
