If anyone reading could give me some guidance would be much appreciated, in an attempt to find some of my leaks i filtered for positions at 3.50s, and heres my stats/what i found...

OK so, first thing that strikes me is ofc im losing money from the SB, which suprised me alot since im IP ofc in the SB, so this is my SB graph i chips, might explain some things im not sure...

Maybe that explains the SB losses, then moving onto my BB, it seems im playing nowhere near enough hands, and heres BB graph:

Looking slightly better but not great! Any advice peeps?

You bigblind graph seems ok. Small blind as you see variance doesnt likes you :f_biggrin: wait for upswing :f_cool:

Bb 45% of hand range shoild be ok. They will not exploit you by playing too nitty in those limits. Sb range seems ok as well. I stopped donking and it helped me a lot. Cr bluff seems not working as well at this limit. Keep grinding and everything should be better. There might be even 3k games breakeven stretches in hypers.

Play more hands, in both positions.

Whilst Alvis is right in that you won't be exploited for being too nitty, it's still not a good idea to allow your opponent to instantly profit by minraising, which is what happens when you play back vs it under 50% of the time, so yeah, be looser on the BB.

SB, since our opponents aren't exploiting just play every hand. Limp your trash and just LCB almost 100% and we pick up so many small pots where we win t20 rather than lose t10. From a quick calculation our SB EVbb/100 is 5.5, which is still too low. To put it into perspective, my SB EVbb/100 on $7s was 17bb/100, and for all limits from $7s to $60s it's just over 11bb/100.

Compared to by BB EVbb/100 of 4bb/100 over all limits, this just goes to show how important positional advantage is. Make full use of this by playing as many hands as possible :)

Thanks alot for the advice guys,

Tried to implement some changes straight away, firstly playing more hands from the SB, mainly minraising but limping the trash aswell, however some opponents never seem to let me limp.

First thing ive noticed is im playing more aggressively, playing more hands with weaker holdings means im bluffing more, which may be the positive influence i need, heres the small sample graph, can see a change in the redline pretty instantly.

Next thing is playing from the BB, trying to play more hands, not sure if its working though, i find myself c/folding alot when i miss, which is like 2/3rds of the time, however i have started c/raising some paired/dry flops with decent success.

From BB, my default strategy looks like this, 20-25bb deep:

3b NAI: TT+, ATs+, KTs+, QJs, ATo+, KJo+ (10%)
3b shove: 99-22, A9s-A2s, A9o-A2o (10%)
Flat: K9s-K2s, QTs-Q2s, J2s+, T5s+, 96s+, 86s+, 76s, 65s, 54s, 43s, KTo-K2o, QTo-Q2o, J4o+, T7o+, 97o+, 87o, 76o, 65o (40%)

That gives me a 60% range from BB, maybe i should also take some flatting hands and turn them into 3b NAI as bluffs, but im not sure, how does this look by default?

It looks better already :) When opponents won't let you limp yo can adjust pretty easily, start limping stronger holdings and you can just open fold the trash.

Regarding c/r, check your DB and filter for hands where you check/raised vs a cbet, and look at your redline, that should show you how profitable it is to bluff c/r.

In the BB you can start 3bet shoving hands like 56s, 64s, 54s, we have great fold equity plus when we're called we're not in THAT bad shape a lot of the time.

3b jam A2s+, A7o+, flat A2o-A6o, also flat all brodway you are 3betting nai can 3b nai KQs, KJs but I prefer flat, flatting range also bit off, flat more suited hands like 64s, 95s, 84s and fold some offsuit, like J4o-J6o, Q2o-Q4/5o,

Yeah think i agree looking back, any ideas about whether its possible to beat the rake for these games, seem perfect for hypers players, have you tried it?

Update time!

Things have massively taken a turn for the worst lately, heres how its been going for me

As you can see its not been nice results recently, EV still BE which is extremely frustrating for me, also lost $20 playing zoom.

OPTIONS:

Heres the choices i have:

- Stick it out at HU Hypers
- Move back to nl10 regular tables, i know i can win $ here
- try some nl5 zoom?

First choice would be sticking with the hypers, maybe not my most profitable option at this time, however i find HU a much more exciting game type, even if it is only 25bb deep poker.

Second choice would be mass tabling nl10, i know i can beat these stakes, however i have little potential at any 6max stakes about nl10 i feel.

How about husng turbos instead of hypers? Less swingy for sure.

Hu cap zoom is beatable imo. But for nl50 hu cap you need like 500$ br or even bit more. I tried it out and felt comfortable to play. It was swingy as hell (from +100 to -50 in about 5 hours) insomewhatbcompared it to hypers with 10dollar buy in. In this case we need 1k br as a safe start.

Hey,

yeah i agree about the bigger bankroll for hu cap, i got that impression from playing only like 50 hands, was swingy as hell.

And funny you should mention the hu turbos, after i posted i was thinking, ok i want to carry on playing HU, but maybe Hypers arent my best game atm, why not play a couple turbos, played a few $7 turbos, hell of a big difference in average time it seems, but they seem very soft

Updates to come after bigger sample

Hey,

With regard to tables, currently two-tabling them whilst still learning, but i think i could probably push 3/4 in the future :)

Not alot of free time to play, but a small update, all at 3.50s:

As you can see a shaky start when returning to turbos, however im confident ive recovered from that and i can beat these for a decent roi after some more volume
